I like the centrality of the location.

Breakfast could be better. Maybe they can add some more items to the menu and get better tasting juice.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was spacious.

I found it frustrating that the phone was unanswered when I called from the room, necessitating that I seek assistance at the reception.

Room was clean and the breakfast was great value.

Walls are a bit thin and can be a bit noisy.

The food was okay. The breastfeeding.

The floor carpets were dirty and the basin was not draining as quickly as normal.

The people are exceptionally friendly and very helpful & responsive.

The breakfast food was just average and lacking in variety. Some the self serving stations had ran out of whatever was being served there and no one was constantly checking to ensure continuous food supply or availability.

We always book in at African Sky Inn when we have to do work in Harrismith and the reason is because this place meets all our satisfaction. The staff is friendly. the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is so worth your money.Thank you to the staff off African Sky Inn.

The place was clean and nice quite. The room size was also good.

I did not like the issue that I did not booked for 6 people. When I did the booking, I chose the room that takes two people per room as it was shown in the booking page. When I arrived, I was told I have to pay extra for the breakfast as the rooms where booked for three people.

Room cleaning very slow..breakfast is expensivesome items on the menu also expensive..Definitely get better TV's...try DSTV or Disney+ Bar fridge to keep stuff in and cold...

Good service and breakfast was good. Perhaps time to upgrade on the TV package to give some sport channels or at least channels working/have signal.

The room was spacious and the bed huge. Bathroom well designed and spotless. Staff couldn't have been more friendly. Siya, at Reception, was charming and very efficient as we're the ladies doing check in. Breakfast was more than adequate and delicious. The only negative comment was only receiving one tea bag, one sachet of coffee and one creamer in the room. Parking was plentiful and covered by CCTV and security. Being located right beside the N3 was great and no noise could be heard

It a national disaster but the hotel manage to cater us while the hotel was full booked and we slept in the car with my family outside the hotel parking and allowed us to use their toilet for that I'm grateful

The room had been sprayed with strong smelling air freshener as though to mask another smell - I suspect someone had been smoking in the room.

Friendly and efficient check in

Checking in on a Saturday at 14h00 and being told that restaurant and bar only opens at 18h00

Room was comfortable. Cooked breakfast was very good. Staff were very helpful.

Gym facility was not the best. A few gym machines but I would have like to see a treadmill.

Place was well equipped and close to other amenities.

The bar was extremely expensive, they should seriously looking at adjusting the prices so that it can be market related.

The breakfast was amazing , the rooms are very clean and cosy , staff is very friendly and full of compliments

The actual hotel lacks personality and is old but it does have everything that you might require.
