The staff makes you feel like you are part of the family, a place called home. Elizabeth from reception made sure our stay was perfect, breakfast was great, high five to chef

The staff were very friendly and assist well. There was no bar fridge in room, but staff kept the doggy bags and water in their fridge. The breakfast staff were also very friendly, and the breakfast were good and every morning different.

The Hotel is close to everything

The lifts was noisy and was a hinder when sleeping, it is an old establishment so upgrade of bathroom tiles will make a differance

Very lovely staff and area . Was there for 3 nights . WiFi is a bit spotty &t AC vent didn’t work on my room . Vents were very dusty and had to wipe down with wipes due to my allergies . A few issues here and there but nothing major that ruined the stay completely

We had a very old room but our kids received a very nice upgraded unit. The old section is still very very old.Breakfast was very nice

We got there as early as possible on time we checked in the reception was mean from the starts ,she made us wait almost an hour trying to get us room .She got room that was 220 with dead rat ?? smelling the whole room we complained she said sorry I forgot I was told by yesterday's manager not to use the room I forgot it's 220 I placed you in bullshitting us.we bathed with cold water,dirt water!!!!!! TV is not working.wifi is not ? working well bad experience in Elgro hotel.Food court opposite reception,ladies were very nice and welcoming nonsense manager and reception shit

The top floors without balcony ?

The location is so convenient. It's a old building, however it is in very good conditions. The good maintenance is clearly visible

The only problem was. The bath is very old it must be replace because it has rust in. Or remove the bath and put in a shower.

I liked how old school it look inside. But at the same time very clean.

Toilet leaks and taps are hard to close

Everything about the staff and facilities were great. Very friendly staff.

The room was not very clean. Curtains had dirty stains on them. There was no hot water in the evening, then tried early in the morning still no hot water to bath.

We were transfered to another hotel where there was water, friendly management and usable swimming pool without any restrictions.....

Struggled with warm water to bath, I had to use a basin and boil water in the kettle. Because there's no zircon but just a fan, it was too hot a night and the fan was making noise and also getting hot when lit longer. Swimming pool was limited to certain people only....

The reception staff are friendly, various shifts yet they maintain the warmth. The floor staff was not too bad as well. We also liked the gifts but felt the paper ? notice was a waste of effort and paper though a cute gesture.. rather send a digital letter to clients after checking in as this would save the same purpose…

Shoo this establishment is extremely old and I just feel it’s overpriced for an institution in that state.. as far as I’m concerned they should close the hotel by floor and repair it fully starting with the leak in the top floor and work their way downwards, this will help them modernise as they repair to validate the high cost of Accomodation in that small town..

Hotel is very close to stadium as it was my reason to stay

The hotel is really quaint and the staff extremely friendly and obliging. Your staff are really good.Love the furniture and the old school character.Breakfast was lovely

Maybe more channels on the TV. Need entertainment when you get back to room.

TV did not work. Phone did not work to call reception to advise of broken TV. Only two plugs in room. Noise of other guest during night.
