Willows Garden Hotel Potchefstroom

The breakfast was tasty and more than enough. The bed was comfortable, and everything was very clean.

The bathroom was very small. An additional 2 point plug was not available for charging my phone.

Great location. Easy access and close to everything.Extremely friendly and accommodating staff.Large bedrooms.

Uncomfortable bed.Difficult bathroom.Although breakfast was good, dinner was unacceptable.

Location couldn't be better. The staff are super helpful and kind, and the Europcar pickup desk in the lobby is very convenient. Melody was super helpful! Nice and quiet and the breakfast is great.

The bottom of the bathroom door was water damaged and the grout/silicone needs replacing as it is black with mold.

Stolen spare wheel. R4200 to replace it second hand. Poor parking security.

Breakfast was a really good spread, however a coffee machine for higher-end coffees would have been a great addition.All the staff were very friendly.The location is excellent!Loved the comfortable lounges and bar.

The quality of the bathroom in our room was poor. Multiple taps were leaking, and considering the agreement that one has to sign upon check-in - which includes a stipulation to not waste water - causes the hotel to be come across as hypocritical.The bathroom door was badly water damaged and the bath/shower curtain bad quality & design.

The hotel was easy to find, not far from the restaurant

The room was dirty, sheets stained drain Smelling.

Seems like it was a nice place long time ago! Could benefit from renovations. I had dirty brown water coming out in the bath, even a leaf came out!But amazing breakfast and very comfortable bed

Peaceful surroundings and nice view over the golf course. Mike's Kitchen is next door and the kids loved the vast play area.

TV connection not great

The staff are phenomenal. Very helpful and professional.

The cleanliness. The pillows we had to sleep on were super dirty. It made our sleep very uncomfortable. The bathrooms werent cleaned properly before we arrived and we only received 1 towel, when we were 3. The carpets haven't been cleaned in ages. We love staying over at Willows, but if the cleanliness does not improve, we will look for alternative accommodation when we sleep over on Potch.

Family 1 night.Hotel is nice and clean with a Micke’s Kitchen across the parking lot with a nice children’s playing area.Breakfast at hotel the next morning was also nice with plenty of options for all!

Excellent breakfast and affordable la carte food. Wait was a little long for dinner, but the quality of the food was worth the wait. We were well looked after.

Not a big deal, but the beds in room 5 were a little low. Obviously our own current disabilities added to this - but this is genuinely the only thing I would mark as could be improved.

Breakfast served was good and hotel located in a nice area

Our shower curtain very old, taps not closing, bed very old and hollo, fridge old model andAV was making a lot of noice.

Friendly staff. It was clean.

We stayed for 3 nights, our coffee, milk and water were not replenished.Breakfast on Saturday was disorganised. No flow, no management present, it almost resulted in an incident.

Liked their breakfast was great and of different variety and served early to accommodate everyone Early travellers and (people who wakes up late)Beds were comfy

Parking Their parking for visitors is small we arrived late and had to park somewhere next to that parking that had lockers and ours didn’t was just an open space we were a bit worried to leave our car there mostly because the other cars seemed to be at safety than ours

The staff is welcoming and they check the room before u enter.

The beds are worn out, the baby cot is broken n they still gave us just like that.

Really great staff, clean, nice smelling facility, food was delicious.

Some constructive criticism, if they can take out the bath with the shower and and curtain and replace it with a proper shower will it make a huge difference. The current set up makes a mess, water all over the bathroom. Aircon is making a lot of noise, especially when trying to sleep. Other than this, the stay was really good.

The Staff is SUPER friendly.

1. Pool was terribly dirty2. First night bath water was brown3. There was a stench in the bathroom4. A disturbing sound coming from what sounds like fan5. Only two small bottles of water for both nights for two people6. The beds are not of good quality7. Hot water unavailable for first night and second morning

The separation of Family even though booking was done way ahead of arrival time, and it was not the first time such a booking is done

Myself and son just spent one night at the hotel. Service at reception was good and informative. Room was clean and spacious with 2 double beds (bonus as I didn't have to share with my son. Great to be able to walk across to Mikes Kitchen for dinner.

Bathroom was a little cramped but clean enough. No mini bar that I could see, to keep some items cold overnight.
