1. Unit nr. 7's balcony has 2 down-lights that cannot be switched off at night. It takes away all privacy when wanting to sit outside at night and enjoy the great view over Potchefstroom. We can also not leave the curtains open while we sleep, as there is too much light shining in from the outside light that is on our balcony. 2. Just before 6am (05:56), we suppose with the personal's shift change, the drivers of their vehicles hooted twice in the parking lot. It's not acceptable in front of such a good quality hotel.

We paid a very fair price for a lovely room, gorgeous wedding and a breakfast in a beautiful setting

The manager Erik was exceptionally good, he went out of his way to accommodate us even though the booking made through bookings.com did not show up on his system. The entire team did their best, the service was very good.

The fact that bookings.com charged me and confirmed the booking but it did not show up on the system when I arrived at the hotel.

Breakfast was great, though the Ciabatta was a little oily.

Dinner was limited and expensive. Bathroom sink clogged and emitting a foul odor

them charging me R2000 for make up stains on a gown, pillow protector and a towel. not even sure if it will go off or not

Esthetics!

Consider to add guest vanities (ie earbuds, shower cap, tissues) in the bathrooms & gowns (+ slippers) in closet, considering the price/night?

Everything, the rooms are gorgeous and spotless. Beautiful lighting. The ambiance is amazing and the views are spectacular.

No burgers on the dinner menu at the restaurant

The reception staff are very welcoming.. I felt at home.. The bathroom is beautiful. The bed very comfortable.

Location was great. Certainly the best available accommodation in Potch. Great restaurant. Excellent staff.

The breakfast was great. The rooms were beautiful

The smell in one of the rooms we used on our first night ( Room 12). The air extractor wasn't working in the bathroom. The smell travelled to thea entire house (Kitchen, bedroom and lounge)

Breakfast was delicious and filling.

That there are complementary drinks in the fridge. I thought it was a mini bar and was going to be charged for it.

The Food was excellent and the property beautiful.

The 100 plus very strong lights next to the tennis court was on during the night with light streaming through the curtains.There was a mouse on the left side of the bed chewing throughout the night.The people staying next door make used of a washing machine throughout the night to do washing.There aircon also was on for the night, and it seems like this aircon under our window needs a service.There is no DSTV, and we were unable to look the Masters Golf.I phone them twice on the landline without answer.At 23:11 I phoned the cellphone, and the lady told me that there is no one on the premises that can assist us.What a bad experience, but luckily the breakfast was very good.

The staff were so attentive, friendly and professional. So far, they are the best we have ever experienced. Also, the restaurant was amazing!

We would have liked to a little more soundproofing in the rooms. Sometimes you can hear other people in the hotel.

nothing , it was perfect.

The room service was great! The food was amazing, only waited a bit long for one course and it felt slightly cold. But the quality of the food made up for the small issues.This was real value for money! The only let down was that something in the bathroom smelt a bit off, almost like a mild stuffy drain smell. The small hand towels were placed in the basins and the one smelt horrible, there were also no towel rails or hooks for the hand towels. In spite of these small irritants, we still had a wonderful stay. The bathrooms are beautiful, classy and modern, so the bad smell doesn’t fit. The fridge inside of the cupboard was also broken, it was hanging, so one had to pick the whole thing up to be able to open it. It was more of a hazard than an inconvenience as we didn’t really need the fridge.

Clean.. good hospitality.

Food services..I think buffet can do better because ordering food takes longer.

One of theee best hotels I've slept in. As much as the room is small, you don't even feel it as it is clean. Beautiful and has everything that one would need

The staff member that tend to be rude to me and was not addressed properly. I was on a video call together with another guest there, the staff member came to me and rudely asked me to keep it down. I was surprised because the other male guest was on a call and he was very loud and was told nothing.
