La Patarashca

Good location, near to the main square and multiple restaurants. Rooms were decent but need some renovations soon. Food was very good both at Patatashca restaurant and Suchiche Cafe.

It was very noisy at night time because of the close by nightclubs and pubs. I was told before making my reservation they had parking, but once I got there I was told they didn’t, this was very inconvenient.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful and friendly!

The parrot was sometimes loud.

Pros:This property is centrally located in Tarapoto. It's conveniently attached to two restaurants so you don't have to go far for a good quality meal. Cons:Wifi connectivity within the room (#15) is almost non-existent and very spotty within the common areas.The staff isn't responsive when contacting them through the Booking.com platform. I reached out to them via the app trying to extend a future reservation and I never back from them.

cold showers. i’ll be living in the jungle with cold showers for months. when i pay extra for a nice room it would be great to get a warm shower. and one liter of water per day should be provided for health reasons.

One night there was music nearby, the other night quiet. The place all in all is great.

When I saw the hotel from the outside I could not imagine how nice it is inside. There are trees insideThere are 2 restaurants and there is another place where the breakfast buffet is every morning. They also have a bakery about 2 doors down from the restaurants where you can also get desserts

I really liked the environment. the hotel is beautiful, the staff is very nice, we eat very well.

The hotel is surrounded by clubs, every night we could hear the music playing super loud until 4/5 a.m. we couldn’t sleep properly in our room.

We loved the pool! Breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the fact that there was often parrots around looking for scraps. There is a cafe and a restaurant within the complex, so it's easy to relax. Our room was great - clean and comfortable.

Alot of noise at night. Clubs close to the hotel made it hard for me to sleep.

Lovely hotel, great staff, beautiful wooden chairs and yoga/hammock area right in the middle of town!Great breakfast, and onsite restaurants to cater for all tastes!Aside from this... little gem of a place to stay in town.

Super stay... only downside was music from club on the street was quite loud, but nothing that earplugs didn't drown out!Also better to have curtains to cover all the windows/glass - it's very bright all night!

I love everything, excellent buffet breakfast, delicious and varied. Spacious, tidy room with air conditioning, fan, towels needed for my entire family. Beautiful pool environment looks like a “lagoon in the middle of the jungle”

Nothing, I love everything☺️ The staff is very friendly and attentive to the needs of the guest. In general the atmosphere of the hotel gives a peace with the beautiful nature around☺️

The hotel overall is good, but I was disappointed to find that the airport transfer, which was supposed to be included, ended up costing me extra when the taxi driver asked for payment. This happened when we arrived at the airport, and I couldn't do anything to change it. This situation needs improvement.

The pool, restaurants and setting of the hotel are lovely.

VERY noisy, the room is not fully noise insolated unfortunately the music from the bar and the neighbour disco was extremely loud and I couln't rest well.

We loved being able to be in the city, closed to everything inside a beautiful jungle, quiet place.

Breakfast should stay longer than 9:30. Most places keep it until 10:30. But the staff were so sweet and prepared us breakfast:)

The place is beautiful but it was so loud I couldn't sleep just don't go on weekends if you want to sleep.
