The friendly service of the staff. They prepared my breakfast even though I could not make it to breakfast and they even extended my late check out to make use of their facilities after my race. Thanks!!

Two draw backs: the chair in my room unfortunately did not fit in. Looked like an old office chair with dirty marks on. The bedding especially the pillow covers, although fairly clean appears to have seen better days.

Place was clean and staff were very friendly

The breakfast

The place is dirty. It’s like it wasn’t cleaned for so long,there’s dust and the bath tub was also dirty

The friendliness of the reception ?

There was no mats on the side of bed and at the door of the shower to step in and there was not enough towels it was only 1 big towel to dry the body, no towel for the head and to wipe my hands in the bathroom

The bed was comfortable , aircon was working as well as the fan. The check-in process was quick. The room was fairly clean.

Noisy guests were in the swimming pool until late. Found a cockroach in the room so maybe consider fumigating. The food was finished before the cut-off time for breakfast therefore we had to wait for more food to be prepared.

The breakfast was Ok. Location is fine

Disappointing

The place looked very dirty I even had to ask the receptionist if they had cleaned. The kitchen had cockroach ? all over even next to the food, I couldn't eat I just drank water. And their restaurant was very filthy

For the lodge to do bed inspections as they might be old.

The pool, clean rooms, lovely staff

No shower head in my bathroom, the TV had no signal, so no dish, the door was a disaster wouldn't close without force or open without force.

On a checkout day I requested them to allow my family to stay around until I come to pick 'em up.

Them couches, they were smelling dirty and we didn't have enough coffee to drink and I even had to request drinking water as it wasn't put in a fridge as it supposed to!

Room 10 was specious

Room 10 didn't have enough towels even after requesting for more & no 1 bothered to bring them.The were no rugs around the bedThe blinds in the bathroom were dirty

The towels weren’t as clean for white towels and the rooms smell was dump

The friendliness from the staff made the stay even more nicer and it was easy to communicate with them regarding any needs I might have had

The place is safe and easy to find but their WiFi signal was very bad

The breakfast was fantastic and I enjoyed it.The place was okay, just that the ants were a bit of a problem but other then that everything was okay.

Everything was okay, just the WI-FI connection was not good.

Breakfast included, price and we wanted to stay over in Kuruman

Our room was situated on the side of the property right next to the N14, trucks passing by till very late at night and we made the booking 8 months prior.
