They asked for our car key, and during the night, something happened to the car's hood in the hotel's parking lot, damaging the paint and scratching it severely at some points. The hotel did not take responsibility for the significant damage caused to our new car, which we entrusted to them. We have traveled all over the world, which was complete irresponsibility on the part of the hotel. It was frustrating and quite unpleasant.
