Good location, spacious room

Don't think the facilities, cleanliness of the rooms were at par for a 4 star. Room insulation was poor, I could hear noise from the above/adjacent rooms throughout the stay.

Breakfast was good but the hotel can think of more options for foreign tourists. I like the roof top pool side bar but it needs a renovation. Location is practical but not romantic. The staff was excellent.

There should be more rooms in the Spa area to accommodate more guests. More western food can be added in the Breakfast buffet. Parking are was small and there was no staying arrangement for the driver.

Food. Have to commend the chefs for excellent choice of recipes. We enjoyed ordering in food from hotel menu!

Bathroom cleanliness. Showerhead and sink need maintenance. Complimentary breakfast is average. Not worth it.

Great value for money spent. The staff (front desk, restaurant and house keeping) were very courteous and helpful. The restaurant though cramped for space, made with a good breakfast spread, and good food for lunch / dinner. The roof top Bar had great ambience and we enjoyed the drink & dinner under th eopen sky. The location is great, very close to the walled pink city and not very far from the airport.

Wifi worked only in the reception and ground floor restaurant. Hardly worked within the rooms. !!!

Very nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. The restaurant also has really good and fresh food with a nice variety.

The Fern Residency Jaipur provided a solid stay experience that exceeded our expectations. The rooftop pool was a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. Our room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay, always ready to help with any requests. The food was delicious with good variety - we particularly enjoyed [specific dish if you remember]. Overall, a great value stay in a convenient location. Would definitely recommend!

Night staff not hospitable at all. Very unpleasant experience.

Night staff saying the keys are not working while my friends had their keys and it was working, made a bell boy escort me to my room at 1 in the night and magically the key started working post yelling at them. Very unpleasant experience. That being said, the day staff are very hospitable. No complaints there.

The staff is so kind, welcoming and helpful. Buffet is good!

The rooms are old and are not soundproof. There was a leak in the system next to the toilet so the floor got wet. The WC was old and had stains. No place to leave a hand towel near the sink and no place to put extra bathroom items in the shower.

The employees would try to accomodate you, but not much they can do.

First night we got a nice queen size room.The second night we had requested a room with 2 beds.They gave us a terrible room.We asked to change, they told us that it was not possible. because they were fully booked.The carpet on that floor ( it was a second floor, which for them it is called first floor was full of mold in the corridor and inside the room the AC was not working properly, the bathroom had a leak under the toilet smelling TERRIBLE! There was dust all over the place.Some workers came to the room and changed the AC filter which was really dirty, but that did not change much the quality of the air, and the temperature I could not sleep that night. When we checked out they apologyzed, but told us there was nothing they could do. Also, when we asked for a supervisor they told us he was busy. They took 30 mins to calculate the amounts and finally give us the receipt I had asked for my total bill. Big waste of time, thank God, our tour guide pantiently waited for us outside. The breakfast was ok. Some fruit was roten, and the plain yougurt tasted like vinegar. What can I say about this property? That it was the worst experience of our trip. Rooms were a little cheaper than average, but NOT worth it!My trip was amazing, so I just let go this bad experience, and enjoyed my trip to India.

Pleasant short stay. Good location. Situated in a walking distance from the mall and easy to get public transport. Great spacious rooms and the hotel smells fantastic and super clean.

The staff ask too many personal questions about where i work, what is my designation and salary etc which made me uncomfortable. Also the breakfast is suited for Indian travellers only with the same continental options daily as most of the people staying there are Indians so if you are a foreigner you need to take this into consideration. Also during my visit we experience some mannerless and loud indian tourists with their kids and the staff did nothing to contain them.

The location was good, that was about it.

This hotel is completely different to the pictures, the hotel is incredibly tired and worn out. All of the pictures are from about 15 years ago. The pool area was absolutely disgusting I've never seen anything like it. The pool was basically a cesspit for pigeons, there were hundreds of them drinking from the pool and defecation everywhere, there was even a dead one on the ground. The hotel staff were a joke, they were trying to not let me check out early and get a refund. They did absolutely nothing to compensate for wasting my time with their fake photos. There were holes in the bed linen, mould in the vents, smears all over the glass, I got bitten alive by bed bugs. Please please do yourself a favour and do not stay here.

Nice and clean, modern looking decor. Food was lovely. Room service tooUsed the spa facilities which was a nice surprise. The top terrace was amazing of an evening too

Very clean and centrally located. Breakfast included in price was very good. Food also very good. All arrangements with regards to taxi etc made without any issues

Clean ,comfortable roof top bar / pool food

Very clean. They offer water every day as a complete of the hotel. Staff very nice. The facilities in good condition. There is food really no spicy. Save is very large.

The bad has a very nice floor but slippery. The sound of the horns of cars can be heard from the 4 floor.

Friendly staff in the reception and breakfast (waitresses)

My room smelled like rotten wood and I didn’t get nuch sleep. The floor also smelled a bit weird. On top of that, my friends and I had dinner in the rooftop and at the end I didn’t have any dinner because they forgot about my order. I reminded them twice and all of my friends were already finished and my meal hadn’t arrived yet. I waited for more than 20 minutes and ended up cancelling the order.Besides that, they seated other guests at our table, didn’t even asked us if we would mind. These guests were smoking a lot and it was very uncomfortable. We had to leave our table and leave our drinks there. It is completely unacceptable for this kind of hotel and my rate has been lowered a lot due to these circumstances. We complained about it, and instead of give some kind of discount or something like that, they treated us poorly. Not only didn’t I eat anything but I also was kicked out from our table. Very disappointed, we didn’t expect this from this hotel.

The Room was a good size , spotlessly clean , large comfortable bed and excellent bathroom and shower. The pool and Bar area were bright and clean and enjoyable at Sunset. The Restaurant served a very good breakfast. Hotel Staff were all in Clean Uniform and very professional. Definitely would return if ever in Jaipur.

Possibly that Hotel is on a busy road but noise didn't impact on our stay.
