Golden Tulip Essential Jaipur

Central location. The room was good. The in house dining was very good as was the room service.

The breakfast could be better.

The rooms were upto expectation. The breakfast was very good on the first day and on the second day the vegetarian choices could have been better. The hotel is clean enough and there were no other problems or issues that we had.

The lobby is very small and there is not enough place to meet with people who come from outside.

This is mismanaged by present management team. No amenities and wayward staff.

Very old property with ill behaved staff. Very unprofessional. They served open bottle water refills one. The cap was loose and touched by several fingers. We had to buy our water.

We did not like anything of the Hotel. It is defaming the name of Golden Tulip. We had a great experience in Golden Tulip Nizwa.

Complete lack of administration. Very ill behaved staffs in dinning. Very unprofessional and uneducated. Too many staffs in the hall but nobody serving the table. Girls are just statues. I had to struggle and scream for my Chole Bhatura as the serving man was not coming to me as I was sitting in a corner. Tables were not made ready properly after the last guests. we need to follow up for spoons, plates etc. Even, the staff (Ranveer?) was serving the plate to us with full attention to the other guest on near by table.To the best of my surprise, drinking water bottles are served in a refilled bottles with no seal on the cap. The roadside Dhaba in front of the hotel also saving with Biselary water even with a purchase amount of 300 rupees. We purchased our own bottles and donate one to the housekeeping staffs. There is a scarcity of amenities. After several calls you can see a staff attending you if you have a good luck. Most unprofessionally, they were asking us to move to another room where we already stayed two nights.Rooms were not ready even at 2PM checkin. The bed sheets and Towels are quite old and used. It seems the hotel is not properly managed by the present management.

I recently stayed at Golden Tulip Essential Jaipur, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel offers clean, well-maintained rooms with modern amenities that make for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy and the room décor was simple yet elegant, perfect for both business and leisure travelers.The staff were friendly and efficient, always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth. They assisted me well with keeping my luggage after check out.One of the standout features is the hotel’s location—well-connected to major parts of Jaipur. The on-site restaurant served a decent variety of dishes, with good quality and taste, though the menu could be expanded a bit.

One major downside was that the room I stayed-in was not soundproof. I could hear noise from the vehicles running throughout the day on the busy road, which disturbed my sleep and somehow affected the overall comfort of the stay. For a hotel of this standard, I expected better sound insulation.

Big bed. Room clean.In the room have 2 sofa and 1 working table. Food is good.

We liked the cleanliness, dining options & restaurant atmosphere and the good location.

The location is good, but can be rather noisy if your room looks over the main road (Mizra Ismail) like ours did. Breakfast options can be rather limited for “continental” travellers.

Not happy with the experience at hotel

Location is not clear .. hotel staff didn't give clear idea.we were roaming around for 1hour to get the location.

1) Mattress was very old and suppressed, it gave back ache. 2) I have stayed in this for 4 times in the past 5 years - the quality and cleanliness has really dropped. Towels are in bad shape. The borders of blinders in the bathroom has so much dirt accumulated on them. You have spoilt the look of the entire delux room by keeping the TV box hanging in such an ugly way. It’s just not a 4 start level application of mind when it comes to arranging things beautifully. 3) the curries in the dinner buffet is so excessively oily that it gave me and my wife a bad stomach. The quality of dosa has become really bad. It’s excessively oily and doesn’t taste like how dosa tastes in any decent South Indian place. 4) this is something I even informed the staff last time. you people should care about the environment and not put ice cubes in the urinals. This is the silliest thing one can ever do impress customers. There are better ways than doing it this way at the expense of environment and water wastage.

Lakhan the driver that took us twice for day trips. Professional driver and very good guide of Jaipur. They put efforts on preparing the room for early check in. The breakfast was decent. I recommend the suite for it's size. Big room, 2 toilets.

Noisy rooms, acoustic was sooo bad. You can hear the streets at your bed. The room was clean but they had small problems with the dirty sheet which they quickly fixed.

Comfortable hotel, located close to main attractions. Great breakfast layout and helpful, friendly staff .The golden tulip taxi driver and car were brilliant and we hired this service during our 3 day visit.

Located on a noisy road. Rooms are a bit dated and could do with a refurb.

The staff behavior at the front desk is not so welcoming as they are least bothered

I was waiting for check in as I arrived little early and waited for 2 hours that's fine but I was disappointed as we were not offered even a glass of water and help with our luggage. This is especially for reception desk.
