Ramada by Wyndham Jaipur Jaisinghpura

It is on the outskirts of the city. - No pollution and cool weather. - Staffs are polite and helpful. - The hotel is clean and has a good ambiance. Some royal touch. - Enjoyed the stay here.

- Breakfast is not up to the mark. You will get variety but no taste. - Swimming Pool, table tennis, and kids zone are just for name's sake. The pool is not clean and small.

Service

Location

Overall a nice property... Away from city crowed..

The location, entrance, lounge area and the campus.

I did not like the room size. They were very small. The interior was truly outdated and surely needs a change. It does not look like a 5 star hotel. Bathrooms were also out fashioned. Food items were over expensive. The tea was served cold, however, they prepared again when we requested. The restaurant is too expensive. Overall, I did not find it a value for money.

Polite helpful staff

Cleanliness, maintenance

I stayed with my family and enjoyed a lot , such a great experience with Ramada Jaisinghpura with good breakfast and excellent internet services , apart from this location was also in peaceful area.

Stay was very comfortable, location was good and in a peaceful area , nice resort type property, internet speed was good, breakfast was very delicious, special thanks to entire team Ramada, keep it up..

I had a pleasant stay at Ramada by Wyndham jaipur jaishingpura.their Indian food was absolutely delicious I must say. Big spacious lawn ..the lawn is the best part for evening walk so much greenery every where.

"I had a wonderful experience at Ramada! The location, food, and hotel ambiance were all top-notch. Special mention to Komal from the front desk for exceptional service. I'm already looking forward to my next stay for some well-deserved relaxation!"

Not Recommended for Tourists - Ramada Jaisinghpura

# Review*1/5 stars*I recently had a disappointing experience at the Ramada Jaisinghpura hotel in Jaipur. Despite booking through booking.com and paying for two nights, I realized upon check-in that the hotel was not suitable for my needs due to its location, which is far from the city's main attractions. The booking was cancelable after paying a cancellation fee. When I attempted to cancel the second night's booking and pay the cancellation fee, the hotel staff refused to accommodate my request. Despite my willingness to pay the fee, they insisted on charging me for the full two-night stay.As a paying customer, I was surprised by the lack of flexibility and poor customer service. I had to end up booking a new hotel at the Radisson City Center Jaipur, which was a much better option.*Tip:* Avoid booking at Ramada Jaisinghpura if you're planning to explore Jaipur's city attractions. The hotel's location is not convenient for tourists.*Hotel Location:* 2/5 (far from city attractions)*Customer Service:* 1/5 (poor and inflexible)*Value for Money:* 1/5 (overcharged for second night's stay)

Very far from city. Approach roads are very bad shape

The people in the restaurant are not polite and charged me extra. I have followed up multiple times with Shankar the head in the restaurant who promised to send back the extra money charged to me but never got my money back.

Property is nice, comfortable rooms, breakfast and food was good.

Location and the property charged 12k for new year dinner which was compulsory , totally not worth. Only DJ, drinks and basic food was provided.

Breakfast was good and sumptuous !! The staff was supportive and responsive

Maintenance needs to be uplifted

There was a strange smell coming from the property and the room, locating the hotel was also a big task, there was no proper parking and no staff to park the car.

Very poor

30 minutes of keeping the water running and yet no hot water . I was told more guests have to wake up if I need to have a bath. Pretty funny Power kept going and the air conditioning is pathetic. Not even at the breakfast

Majority of the staff was very hospitable and sweet. I had an urgent video meeting to attend and they made sure that things were in place on time. The food was good.

The location. It was quite deserted. After dark, it was difficult and scary to come back to the hotel from the main city. Thankfully, nothing untoward happened. But it could have easily. That is what is scary. Also, the hotel wasn't well managed. The pool wasn't clean enough... The shower room was in the basement... unkempt... The day we reached, it was raining heavily and there was water leakage from AC ducts in almost all the corridors. The bedding wasn't very clean. There wasn't enough drinking water available in the room. On asking for water bottles to be delivered to thd room, it always took very long.

Food is good

Beds are not comfortable, continuous hot water comes from all taps, even after changing the position.

I have booked room with breakfast inclusive. But hotel told its not included. I have to pay extra.I ask Reception lady to register myself with whydham scheme, she told me I will do your registration st checkout. During checkout she says I will do it today. But still not done.Floor were dirty Breakfast limited choice No one to pic luggage Lift 3rd Floor button not working Maintenance noise During nightRoom lobby was humid

The morning meal was delightful, and the staff were courteous. Their warm hospitality contributed to a memorable experience.

The property is situated in a secluded area where transportation options are scarce. It often requires several attempts and cancellations before successfully securing a cab service.

Delicious food.

Photography and making videos by outsiders while we were in the swimming pool. It's a serious matter. It was brought to the notice of the staff. You must take strict action. Change rooms are also in very condition, stinking, not maintained.
