The stuff was very helpful and kind, the hotel stuff was very good! The pool, the gym and the bar made the stay much much better

Would say this more like a 3.5 star hotel.

Arrived in the morning and asked if we could leave our bags which was okay. They then offered us breakfast for 500 rupies each which we accepted. The head waiter was a lovely gentleman. Unfortunately before we could finish another employee asked for our room number which didn't have as we hadn't checked in yet. He then demanded we leave the dining area and pay for the meal and then wait in the lobby until we check in. Basically treated like criminals. He then pointed out that we were not allowed to use the restaurant as we had not paid for the upgrades. Did not get his name but seemed like some sort of manager.

The food could have been better, the vegetarian breakfast spread a little monotonous, slightly bigger wash rooms

Service from the breakfast staff & the concierge staff. They were polite and courteous.

The hotel allowed guests to smoke in the room inspite of listing the hotel as no smoking. The fire alarm did not go off, the security of the building is to be questioned. When the smoke from my next room started to fill the corridor and my room. I complained, in response i was told to move rooms. I asked why should i move the room. I was awake all night as the drama continued. All managers blame each other no one knows what they are doing except for fluffing around the building, bossing their subordinates. Acting superior, including the GM. I booked the room for 5 nights originally had to leave the building on the 2nd day. Plz do yourself a favour and don't bother booking this hotel. Overseas travellers plz be aware that this is not even a 3 star hotel.

Room decor can be better. They look little ordinary, can be better decorated with pictures and every room should have carpet and little more furniture

Absolutely pathetic

The food was bad and there were cockroaches in the bathroom . The staff was least bothered when I physically showed them cockroaches moving in the bathroom

The service

The mandatory Christmas Eve dinner. It could have been optional. However the party was very good. The food variety was huge and the singing team was great. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening. It was great.

Money waste scam

The desk staff was very rude and had no manners. Insisted on cancelling the stay if mandatory amount was not paid. Charged 3.5K per person mandatory gala dinner upon check in. Also, the price had drinks when and there was no negotiation even if the person does not drink. It is a complete scam.

Pleasant

The reception tried to trick me into opting for dinner buffet of the hotel, stating it to be mandatory. They were asking me to pay 3500. They said i won’t be able order room service as our kitchen will only be reserved for buffet. After my stern response to their coercion, they agreed not to charge. Their room service was also available afterwards.

a bit expensive, but it is the best hotel I have been to in India for that price.

Near to Airport.

The breakfast area of the restaurant is below the ground level so something should be done for elderly guests for coming down for stairs and climbing stairs as there is no lift to reach there you have to take stairs only.

Impossible to sleep unfortunately between the unfortunate location of the hotel (near a train track? Or highway? Or both) and also how loud we could hear everything in the hallways. We unfortunately had to cut our trip short and change hotels

Such bad room was given. It was the first wedding anniversary for my bhaiya and bhabhi and I booked a stay for them. After specifically mentioning about their anniversary, the hotel staff gave a very bad room. The outside view was of a vegetable market and their was lot of noise. Also, a special request was made to send a cake to their room but even after my follow up, the hotel did not bother to do the same. It was overall a bad stay experience.
