Nothing bad experience

Room are smelling ,and not clean, towels abd blanket smelling , bathroom are not clean

Poor room condition and not value for money

I think I was not given the room that I booked as it was different than picture.Room condition was very poor. Walls were dirty with lot of spit marks. Cupboard did not have any hanger and was dirty so I couldn’t even think to keep my things there. Bathroom was dirty and in very poor condition. there were no toilet paper and I asked staff and they never sent it. There was one dirty dustbin which I could not open. I asked to change it and it did not happen ever. Room price is misleading with given 50% discount so do not get fooled with it. it is not worth even they give you 80% discount on the price. Staff just promised to do the thing and never fulfill it. I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Location near cafes and restaurants. Staff is polite and helpful.

Rooms are super dirty. We had: A random hand print on the mirror, stain marks on the runner, bed sheet with oil and food stains and a night that left us itchy in places.

Worst hotel I ever visit in my life as they were not able to ready my room till 12 and instead of making it ready they asked me to shift another hotel(Anand Palace) which may be there subsidiary firm . I relocate to that hotel but this hotel was very worst about cleanliness and staff behaviour.

Room should have ready before 11 atleast so that if anyone come early to the city where should he stay on railway station / bus stand / airport ?

They asked for the breakfast with buffet with aloo prantha, omlette and poha, but provide only aloo prantha or omlette. They asked only 1 option you can take. If we have buffet system we can take all the items, but they give only single option.

The size of the room was a completely different room from that which was in the photo, the size of the room was very less, the bathroom was not so clean, nor is there the facility of mask sanitizer, towels which are available in every hotel room, they were also not available outside the bathroom for clean leg No, there was no recharge in the television

Location of hotel is very good. Food outside the hotel is excellent. Outlook of hotel is very good. Room interior is average.

The service is very poor. Behaviour of main management staff is no good.

Reception staff are good and cooperative. Location is also good.

We have booked mandatory breakfast with room. But we had been served Aloo Paratha and Tea all four days in the name of mandatory breakfast.

Room is not like ,as per photos on booking.comThay don't have toothkit for guests. Shower gel was in washroom used by another guest. No any hospitality. I called them 4 times for drinking water. No response.

Because they are not providing any commit, They charged extra and bad services. Not clean blankets even in covid 19 .. They are not providing any clean facilities. They provide using things like kamal, pillows etc. And food. OMG rubbish food.. I never will come again this hotel..

Smell bad. Even toilet papers are not available.
