Well managed Hostel like Hotel, with a Canteen, clean rooms and bathroom. The staff were courteous and ready to help.The food was basic but good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was good enough for us. located in the Airport area. Limited parking inside the gate is available. Jhelana Leopard park is 5 kms from here and is convenient to reach for the morning safari.

Building is old and feels old. Location is little inside main road and we had difficulty locating it at night.

Hotel was clean & room space was also enough for kids. Awsome experience in RAJ KOTHI, manager & staff is very supportive & well behavior, they were very polite & helping nature, kitchen is alsi neat & clean.

Friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent. We asked for a kettle in the room and one was provided. Location was perfect for attending the Jaipur Literature Festival (an easy 5 minute walk)

Good looking room and clean, was a comfortable stay. Convenient location if you have a morning flight - taxi ride to airport was about 15 min.

Personalised attention by staff was heartwarming. All of them were attentive to needs and were available for help. Room was clean, AC was functional, Room Size was awesome, Bedsheets were clean. Staff cooked food on order. Bought fresh supplies as per my requirement and served food which tasted so home cooked.All in all, a very warm homely feeling, living in tidy large room.

Bathroom supplies were not up to the mark, not much light in daytime, running hot water was not available (maybe due to heavy rains a night before created problem in their electric supply). Window shades did not work properly and TV had few channels but who goes out to hotel to watch TV so that is not much of a negative point.

The hotel is a corner property with simple amenities. The rooms are quite big. The washroom is nicely ventilated. The stay was nice. The property is at good location. The staff are nice too.The rooms are well ventilated.I slept well. It was cosy. The room has TV and good channels. There are a number of restaurants and bars ? in the proximity of the hotel. Glad that I found the property

The experience has been mixed ?staff needs more discipline and professionalism.A particular message did not percolated to staff fully. I had to ask for a hand towel.There needs to be toiletries and better quality towels.There was no kettle in the room.Staff needs more training on hospitality

The hotel was close to the Venue of a conference I had to attend. Breakfast is simple. A very homely atmosphere - the Dining table is in the kitchen !!!The rooms are cleaned in the presence of the guest. Staff is polite and accommodative. On my first night, I asked for a cup of Hot ginger tea post dinner. For the next three nights, the cook would dutifully bring a cup of hot tea on his own every night!!!!!!!

Only one thing missing - A Lift.

It was a very comfortable place to stay. Everyone was very polite and helpful whenever we needed something. Location is also really good. Great value for money overall. Would stay again in future.

The hospitality, well maintained hygiene, delicious food, worthy stay, cleanliness, staff is very polite and supportive specially care taker goverdhan uncle, premium location , peaceful place, photogenic location, interior and theme is very classy and royal.

The hotel is in a very safe and comfortable residential area. There are a few cows in the road, but they are friendly. A torch at night is useful for walking around.You need to let the staff know the night before what you want for breakfast. Wonderful alloo parathas with curd and pickle, bananas, omelette and toast…choose what you like and it is cooked freshly in front of you and generous helpings. Coffee of course…or tea. Breakfast can be in the dining room or served in your room. You are welcome to use the large kitchen which is well equipped. The staff are great, but have very little English. Just be patient and keep trying. Eventually you will understand one another. They will do anything they can to help you.The price of the room is very reasonable given the quality of the room and furnishings. The hotel has clearly had a high quality makeover and redecoration. The bed is great. Big windows make the room bright all day.

This is a small hotel with very big rooms, high ceilings and it can take five minutes for the hot water to reach your bathroom…plenty of hot water after it comes.The hotel is very difficult to find. It took our taxi driver half an hour driving around the area. I suggest you get your taxi to phone the hotel if he does not know where it is. You will need to have the number at hand for the driver. A complicated one way system makes it difficult for drivers. Walking is easy.Within five minutes walk of the hotel there are at least ten very good restaurants…you will have trouble choosing one. And the World Trade Park is a five minute walk away for shopping and eating.

The location is perfect if you want to explore the city. Very accessible. The staff was cooperative and it felt homely and safe. Perfect for a family stay. Cleanliness was good but could be better.

The TV could be bigger in size and the towels could be more clean.

Property was located at great location from fortis hospital as we stayed for medical reason nearby. Ambience was clean and safe.

Staff was not at all good they are not cooperative for anything. They are too much money minded yesterday we checked in hotel 5 hours before our check in time as due to medical reasons on phone they said to pay Rs500 but when we reached and wake up in morning one of old staff who attended my call started yeeling at me by saying that I don’t tell you for Rs500 I asked for Rs2000 then I contacted property owner he is little understanding but he listed his staff so asked me to pay Rs1200 extra which we paid . Breakfast at property was not available and whatever they have given it’s not good in taste so we left still that old man complained that people left the food so overall stay was good but staff not good very rude .
