Hotel Ambience and Cleanliness

In Room Service Sometimes they respond in 40-45 mins Sometimes they forget the request and never respond.

Very clean and very attentive/helpful staff.

The staff were very helpful. The property was really nice and well maintained. The food at the breakfast and the chaandi restaurant was amazing. They even had live singing and ghazal which added to the experience. They helped with really early check in which was very helpful. The spa was nice and the souvenir shop in the hotel was nice as well.Also just small things like keeping fresh juice in the common area for guests to pick up was thoughtful. We celebrated new years at the hotel at their terrace restaurant (nebula) and it was easily the best New years event I’ve attended, the music was amazing and the food was good as well.

The pool was bit small

A little expensive, and they didn’t put a extra bed, breakfast also finished too early

Took the buffet option for both breakfast and dinner, and was happy with the choice and the menu for each meal.

Wifi was not working on tv..

I booked the room for newly weds to have their golden.night..room no 409 was. Ookedand complementary room decore was offered. But while chech in the changed the room which is having two seprate beds and room no was 603. It's pathetic. I dropped mail in this effect and I yet to get any response from hotel.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a delightful spread that included both North and South Indian dishes alongside classic American breakfast options — truly satisfying and diverse.

Damp air in the room, the room was a bit run down by European standards

The staff was friendly

The location - it was in a very crowded and not the cleanest area. Also things like power cuts ( change over to generator), poor or interrupted water supply . One other issue was that given the access to the bar and restaurant for the locals the lifts had a lot of noise by locals and was loud and crowded.

The staff at breakfast were extremely courteous and attentive, making the breakfast experience very pleasant. The overall selection of food was quite good, offering a nice variety of dishes that catered to different tastes and preferences.

I wish there were more activities for the kids to do in a hotel. Some pottery/paint classes or small area where then could enjoy the indoor games.

Small pool they didn't allow without costume entering in the pool but but after I object they allow ....it was good

Great location away from the hustle bustle but still not too far. Great room size, bathroom with tubs and a huge breakfast spread. Our room had a big window with a nice city view!

The AC cooling should be improved. I could not adjust it from the room even when it was hot.

Convenient location, breakfast excellent.

Lights on the bathroom mirrors work intermittently. Mian switch for the bathroom lights was in the bedroom. There was a crack in the mirror

Location & it wasn’t a sprawling property. More like a business hotel

This was the nicest Hilton that I have ever stayed in and I am from the United States. It was a fantastic experience from the restaurant to the Nebulae night club.

Great food choices, nice decor. Wonderful staff everywhere. Highly recommend the Travel Desk Service. Highly recommend Rajendra at the Travel Desk, lovely gentleman with good English and knowledge of Jaipur attractions.
