Terrible Experience — Avoid This Hotel at All Costs!

We had an absolutely awful experience at Flute Boutique By Hotel 91.At 12:06 PM, the hotel sent us a message asking to confirm our stay. We replied within 15 minutes confirming it and even provided our train arrival time from Agra. However, when we arrived at around 7:30–8 PM, they told us they were fully booked and basically kicked us out — referring us to another hotel instead.That alone was bad enough, but what made it worse is that my partner’s credit card was charged, and the hotel refused to cancel our reservation. The receptionist acted like he couldn’t speak English and pretended not to understand what was going on. They made us talk to someone on the phone who kept interrupting, wouldn’t listen, and even yelled at us several times.My partner stayed calm and said, “I don’t want to yell, I’m in your hotel now and I don’t want to make a scene,” but the man on the phone just kept shouting. It happened four times in a row. None of the staff tried to help — they just said they couldn’t do anything.We contacted Booking.com customer service, and even they confirmed that our reservation was valid and active at this hotel. They asked the hotel to send an email confirming the cancellation, but the staff refused to write it, even after being given clear instructions. Each time Booking.com called, the hotel either didn’t answer or pretended not to speak English.To make things worse, one of the staff — a man in a red shirt — stood in front of us with his arms folded, yelling aggressively. I had to stand up and tell him, “Please lower your voice, I didn’t speak loudly to you. I just want to cancel our booking and leave.” Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.I travel a lot, and this is by far the worst treatment I’ve ever received from a hotel.Please save yourself the trouble — do not stay here.

Good stay The rooms have been cleaned thoroughly and well maintained. The ambiance in the hotel is good and food quality from the restaurant was good.

It's a beautiful luxurious hotel with cozy vibe, Rooms are spacious and comfy apt for a pleasant stay. Location is Good close to all major city attractions. Staff is friendly and courteous.

Beautiful cosy place. Courteous staff from front office to service and housekeeping. Will be permanent place for us now at Jaipur for each visit.

The location was really good as we could get to eateries and highways within a 1-2 km radius. The hotel was by itself in a quiet place and it was peaceful. The hospitality was great. The break fast was amazing and in general food was great. Their tie-up with the cab service was great as they had really good packages and cab service.

Probably on the days of the stay, there were some issues with the phone so ordering was difficult and the TV didn't have many channels subscribed. If you plan to just stay at hotel and enjoy one needs to ensure on the very first time that channels you need to watch are charged.

Having extensively traveled through India, from leading high-end expeditions in 5+ star hotels to volunteering and exploring solo while staying in guesthouses, homestays, and 3-4 star hotels, I can confidently say this little gem in Jaipur is a standout. Nestled in a quiet side street yet close to everything, it offers the best of both worlds. Exceptionally clean, with hot water, strong shower pressure, and an incredibly supportive staff, it goes above and beyond with great food and even room service! A true hidden treasure in Jaipur.

Staff was the only saving grace of the Hotel, rest everything went from bad to worst.

Location was good. Breakfast options were good. The manager understood our concern and changed our room for another day.

Not value for money. It was below 3 star. The room was small and bathroom was not cleaned properly. Bed Linens were dirty.

Nice staff. Helpful and cooperative. General Manager Prashant Arya was receptive to ideas for betterment

Toiletries were average. There is no mini bar in the room.
