Noise issue between rooms.

There's nowhere to hang the towel after use; please install a hook in the bathroom.

The staff were excellent, and the location and facilities were good.

The rooms were not soundproof, and the noise from neighboring doors slamming was very loud and disturbing. Also, the air-conditioning did not cool the room properly and worked more like a fan.

Amazing crew, amazing hotel, very clean, well located, amazing food, also not too expensive.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful, and I'd be happy to share what we particularly liked.The room was a highlight. It was not only spacious and impeccably clean but also incredibly comfortable. The bed provided a fantastic night's sleep.The complimentary breakfast was another great feature. There was a wide variety of delicious options available, catering to different tastes. Everything was fresh, well-prepared, and it was the perfect way to start our day of exploring.Finally, the location was perfect for our trip. It was conveniently situated, making it easy to get to all the major attractions we wanted to visit. Being in such a central spot saved us a lot of travel time and allowed us to make the most of our vacation.Overall, we loved the comfort of the room, the quality of the breakfast, and the superb location. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Big plus, hotel is quiet in the busy city of Jaipur. We mostly booked the hotel for its gym and price/value. Gym was ok, definitely not anymore like on the pictures. Bit outdated.

They don’t allow any outside food. Really not understandable, especially, since soooo many Indian hotels offer to call when delivery service arrives. They even stopped us when we walked in with a dessert.

Everything was very good. The only big problem the free water in the room was not sealed bottles of water and on the last day I was sick from drinking it. Big mistake from my part not to ask for sealed bottles of water.

I had an absolutely amazing experience during my stay! From the moment I arrived, the guest service was exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always helpful. Every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations: the cleanliness, comfort, ambience, and attention to detail were all top-notch. Everything was excellent, and I truly felt like a valued guest. Highly recommended and I would definitely love to stay here again!

It was a short but great stay. The noise from the renovation did not bother us since we weren’t in the room during the day. Breakfast was great and had a lot to offer. Had a very needed massage as well.

I arrived at the hotel after a long flight and was pleased to see that it was very nice and modern. Unfortunately, there’s a major renovation underway, and the noise is constant and overwhelming. It starts at 8 a.m. and continues into the evening, making it nearly impossible to get any rest.

The staff were kind enough to upgrade our room to the presidential suite on a complementary basis, no hidden costs involved. As expected of the suite, the room was quite large with a spacious bathroom housing a Jacuzzi. Room had a very luxurious feel to it and for the price paid for the original room, was quite cheap. Overall, a great stay and right in the center of Jaipur

The place was value for money - big, clean rooms and good location. Excellent for people who want a central, clean room to stay for the night (at an affordable price) after a long day of exploring the city.
