Thank you for asking this. Because, I was waiting for it. I booked a room for one night with breakfast but they denied that it's not in the booking. We tried to connect to booking.com as well but didn't got support. It was a cheating.Lights are all yellow, not even a single white light. Hard to read.Food was also not good. And service is delayed.

It’s great location in silent small street, beautiful Rajasthani vibe inside. Owner and stuff are so kind and pleasant, on rooftop is terrace decorated in cultural style. Everything was super clean! Thank you! Will come again and again

No kettle in room

Large comfortable room.Helpful staff. Initially we were offered a room with a very poor view, but it was upgraded to one with a nice street view. The restaurant is good value.

No hot water in evening. The restaurant needs to be cleaned more thoroughly.

My overall experience was really good and specifically the staff manager of the hotel and the owner were really helpful Hotel is clean and beautifully decorated with the vibrant culture of Rajasthan

Food was not that good and the price for one cheese toast was much higher

there is nothing to like

no lift , rooms has no views,beds are not clean, reviews on google taken forcefully. no space for parking. roads in front of hotel is very small. food is ok. staff is ok

Daily cleaning was done regularly. Supporting staff during day time.

The location is a bit odd, away from the main area. In the early morning there was no staff to help you with luggage. No lift.

The owner was humble and refunded the money then and there.

I won't strongly recommend this hotel and the reason was we checked in around 12 night however all the rooms were filled with insects and what not. however the rooms were unclean and it's so pathetic to see them when you are tired and just want to sleep. We saw three rooms and all of them were full with insects roaming around bed.

Location very convenient from bus stop metro or nearest shopping places Decor. Though it's not original haveli but decor is nice Cleanliness is very good . Well maintained One desk staff is good

Owner.s behaviour. 1st was give bad room even after upgradation. Later with more extra money given better room. No bottled drinking water given. Ac kept off

Receptionist denied my booking till half hour .. Receptionist is Dishonest n full of stupidity and attitude....WASHROOM PRIVACY IS UNCERTAIN. No hot water in cold! So dirty bedsheets.

I got stuck at the railway station in the morning and had to search for another hotel.

My reservation was abruptly canceled, therefore I didn't stay at the hotel. When I contacted them after arriving in Jaipur early in the morning, they informed me that they had canceled my reservation because I had not paid the booking fee; however, they made no mention of the deposit I would need to pay. A few days before the booking date, they just left a message on booking.com saying that I needed to pay the deposit or my reservation would be canceled. I argued that they should have called to advise me of the required deposit, and they responded that it was not their responsibility to do so. In the morning, I became stuck at the train station with a group of 3 families of total 12 people and  had to look for another hotel.

The interiors of the place are amazing exactly as you see in the pictures. Everything was tidy and clean. The terrace is worth spending some time in the late evenings after a tiring day in Jaipur!

The check-in, and check-out experience was not very satisfactory for us. Any simple query was dealt with a "not my problem" kind of attitude. Also, we paid for the AC rooms but none of the ACs were working. When we queried, they said this time of the season we don't offer AC services but through booking.com they were happy to take your money. As I was with my family, it was not easy to move to some random new place, so I didn't make it into an issue, rather I focus on enjoying my time with my family.

The room and location of the hotel was upto my satisfaction and rooms were as seen on the internet. There was hot water in the morning as promised by the management and the staff were friendly and the ambience in the hotel lobby is also nice. The location is ideal and close to bus stations and nearby restaurants.

Everything else. No comforters given for sleeping and on asking weird reasons were given that didn't make any sense. Hot water only from 6 to 12 in the morning. Sewage smell in bathrooms. No elevator. No kid friendly. No family friendly.Non clean sheets.AC runs only at 26 ! Super weird.

They could have provided kettle for hot water(drinking). Otherwise, hot water will be provided on request but chargeable.Hotel location is bit interior and cab guys were not aware, but Google maps will show correct location

Room walls had water damage. Hot water was not available in morning.

The room is not good the facilities are very poor there is no soap to take bath there is bed sheets that smelling too much I would request all of u that don’t visit at that hotel

It's close to railway station nd metro station.Though little outside from roadside hustle bustle so you can feel the calmness of place. Convenient for tourists as majority of tourist attractions are closer from the place.

The receptionist and other staff was ride.There are lot of restrictions like 1- You can not get food after 10 as there kitchen closes2- You can't order food from outside3- You cant wash anything in washroom They are not at all courteous and after check out in case you want to keep your luggage for few hours they charge extra for that which is too much.This hotel reminded me of hostel ", you can't do this can't do that " and all
