The pool and the cleaness of the Hotel. It was beautiful.

We wanted to stay for few other nights, and they wanted to make us pay more than we did for the first night. They did not want to do the same price.

Was one of the best stays on our trip.... have stayed in Jaipur earlier, this place was recommended and completely justified. The only thing would have liked a better surrounding and locality and better views .... the interiors are so well done ... the food was awesome ... the rooms clean ...bathrooms spotless ... very good value for money .... Loved the stay

Very good service and care by the hotel team

Cigarette smell in the non smoking area and in the non smoking room during the night time. People are smoking hookah in common music area. When there is a live music it so load (up to my room at the 3rd floor) I couldn’t sleep until it was ended.Some maintenance problem in the room have been repaired immediately .

Amazing experienceHotel was much better than my expectations, every member of the staff were very helpful, cordial.Property is very well maintained, if I happens to visit Jaipur again, I'll stay at this hotel only.

Front desk staff were great. The property was inclined toward rajasthani culture.

The garden was not that big. The outside of the property is not that happening.

Really clean rooms. The staff was very kind and friendly.

Breakfast dond have many non-indian options and Coffee could be better . They were painting the entire hotel and the smell to paint was everywhere.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere and well-maintained surroundings.

The food quality was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast, lunch, or dinner options.Additionally, the fridge in my room was not working, and the check-in process was unusually slow.

I had Laal Maas for dinner. It was SUPERB. Breakfast Spread lacked continental menu like sausages, bacon, cheese

Changing the room because the AC was not effective

The hotel is decorated in good design; but 3rd floor has not renovated yet. We went from Bangkok and the flight arrived late at night, once we arrive hotel and want to check in, we met the Operation Manager named Mr Harveer, who want to show off that he knows well but he didn’t know anything about our booking : He want to charge us more and put us 5 people in the poor room and air con is also broken and just say the room was sold out. And say we have to accept as no other room for us as he already sold our rooms to other.

Mr. Harveer makes the hotel bad reputation as we were headache with him and he insisted that we have to pay more. But once we show our booking documents, he ok to change the room for us in the next day, but we spend discussing with him almost one hour on his talk and make us very late sleep. The other reception staffs such as Mr Sameer and Mr Jai Prakash and other are good and understanding and helpful. Only one people make messy arrangements is Mr Harveer:

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They made us really comfortable and helped with our bookings and sight seeing in our short time. The rooms were beautiful. Really great value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

The room lighting was erratic. Bedside lamps would be good.

Starting from the first second it was absolutely amazing! You enter in a shiny golden palace and are greeted by nice staff who are so service oriented, it's incredible. We booked the suite which was the perfect choice (and so affordable for western standards). We also used the restaurant several times and the spa, which was both great. In 2,5 weeks in India this was by far our best stay!!! Thank you so much!

Beautifully decorated hotel with large rooms. We liked the hotel restaurant - good variety. The hotel was helpful in arranging a tour for us.

It was not bad however more continental items should be served for the money they take.

Sanitary wares were not up to the standard. No proper flow through the shower drain.
