AC was not working properly. It was window AC in given room. No fan is provided. Only small single pedastal fan is provided. No ceiling fan

A crooked guy at the front desk. Appearance is fine but attitude like a despot.

Hotel Raya Inn is next to the entrance of Jaipur Railway station. I had early morning train around 5 am. So I selected this hotel to avoid any early morning rush and hassle of getting any convenience to reach the station in early hours. I was a little skeptical of cleanliness and surroundings. However it was beyond my expectations that old area of railway station will have such a good hotel. I stayed for one night and it was comfortable and having all amenities that a guest would needed. Food was fine.

The food should be served in good crockeries and hygiene should be maimtained.

Provide one wiper in washroom can be used after bathing. You give 2 bottles during 3 night stay which is not good.

No one should book this hotel. The behaviour of the staff of this hotel is very bad and here you have to choose only one item in breakfast and whether you are full or not. I have seen such a system for the first time in my life and that is in this hotel and they talk very rudely. They will not give you anything other than two layers. There is no fruit or anything else.I had booked the hotel for two people but later they told me that the hotel booked for one person then I would have to pay ₹500 extra which I was charged? Bad experience ??

Complementary Breakfast is limited which is not mentioned. And they dont even offer a second tea along with the breakfast if u request.

Very disappointing and mood spoiling

They are very unprofessional and cheat you. They are offering the same room to others for 1800 which they sold us for 4100. They defraud you if you are a tourist. A big no for anybody seeking to book this hotel as it is not at all value for money. Food is overpriced and tasteless, to reach the hotel you have to go through a slum area and the parking is only for two cars. Hence if you have luck then only you will get parking

The best thing about it is that it is across the street from the train station and if you arrive at night you arrive in five minutes.

The hotel is ok but expensive compared to others. TV didn't work. It's not bad, but it should be better for what they charge.

A curry & 2 nan was charged around Rs450

The room was comfortable, all we needed was there. The staff was helpful.

It was a bit noisy in a room from the traffic sounds but for us it was a minor issue.

Good location, next to train junction.

Room is quite old. No towel!!
