Staff was very helpful with baggage and transportation. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It's in the new part of town but only a 10-15 ride to most areas of interest.

Nothing to object to...a very functional hotel.

The location

- WiFi didn’t work at all - extremely unstable and now adaptable to MAC computers - front desk personnel was very very rude - Gym facilities were extremely old , musty - food was overpriced and scarce - walls were super thin - I couldn’t sleep at all - I got there and my room smelled like cigarette - I had to change it - light was not working in my room in the morning

Pure veg food with good variety of dishes laid out at breakfast.

Quite far off and also the swimming area is isolated!!!

The entire team at Shakun and in the Pantheon were lovely and looked after us so well in particular Amok, Deepak and Naveen, and the guards at entry have to be the smiliest in the world, you know you're in safe hands!

The booking.com and google reviews are so harsh, or else management has made recent changes and the team is hard at work because everything was wonderful throughout our stay. We have no complaints.

The hotel was sparkling clean, the bed and sheets were really comfortable, and the room was spacious and luxurious feeling. It was also VERY quiet which was nice and is unusual for Jaipur. The staff was very responsive and attentive. It was a great value for the money. I really liked the hotel and would go back. The food was yummy too.

The only part I didn't like the gym. It seemed like it had been locked up for a long time, very musty with a broken mirror, and super stuffy. I wanted to use it, but didn't for that reason. The pool was also not what it looked like in the photos. I never saw anyone on the roof the entire time I was there,

Facilities inside the Room , TV remote was not working when I contact he fail to fix it. Creams, water not enough

The hotel is clean and beautifully furnished, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff is extremely polite and attentive, making the stay very enjoyable. The only area for improvement is the breakfast, which could benefit from a wider selection of Western dishes. Overall, it’s a place I would recommend!

The major problem is the total lack of insonorisation of the rooms. At any time of the night (2am, 4am,...), we always listen lots of noice, and that prejudices our rest

Hotel and room was nice but perhaps slightly expensive for what it was worth. Breakfast food was average. Room service food was very good. The pool is on the roof which was freezing cold in november, had expected it to be warmer as the days are still hot. There was no staff by the pool nor towels so seemed slightly abandoned so we did not use the pool again.

The staff of the hotel was good and very cooperative. The front desk staff and all the others were always ready to help you with a smile. One can go to the local market very easily, which is not too far from the hotel.

The food was overpriced compared to the quantity and quality of the food. When I requested to clean the room, the room was not cleaned thoroughly as I was not in the room.In the nut shell I can say the hotel is an overpriced option as compared to various hotels in the country.
