No Hand shower, No bathroom slippers, No welcome drink or Guest welcoming such like asking for water etc. waiting time of pre booked customer.

The overall experience was not good. This is the 3rd time me and my colleague have stayed in this hotel. everytime we have to wait for more than 30 to 45 mins for check-in & check out process. They never provided dental kit & slippers were chargeable too. We were not provided with the original room keys, as dummy key was provided, hence faced light tripping issue whole night. No good space for breakfast. We asked for feedback form several times, but didn't received.

Cleanliness was not upto mark. Reception staff was a bit laid back and didn’t smile at all.

Food menu was very limited . Brekfast was not given 1st day and last day ihad early flight so i missed it.
The staff needs a bit of training. Service is slightly slow. The fittings in the room and bathrooms need attention. They have become old are beginning to malfunction.
