    • Truly truly a hidden gem. Do not hesitate - BOOK HERE! You will love it. So close to all the city has to offer, but wow, how amazing to have a quiet, lovely peaceful hotel to go to. I was so very very thrilled. (also - added bonus, it's just so romantic, oh my oh my... I would plan a wedding here). Big thanks to Wilson who was amazing and made our stay just incredible. :) :) :) We live in Canada and I swear, we have nothing like this kind of experience back home. Seeing peacocks in the courtyard every day was just magical!
    • This is a hidden gem in Jaipur close tonthe pink city and the shopping malls and restaurants in short perfect
    • Diggi Palace is located on luscious grounds where squirrels and peacocks roam all around. It was an amazing sight to behold. The staff were amazing in all aspects of our stay.

    Cons -

    • I loved everything! (Ok - maybe they could work on their masala chai! I like it spicier, but thats my personal taste).
    • The room itself was good the only downside was we were sleeping in two twin beds pushed together. The decor of the room although simple could be updated. The pool was lovely although needs to be regularly cleaned as there was lots of bugs and leaves.
    • Slighly out of the way - but still close to the attractions.

We adored this hotel, it is an oasis of calm and tranquility in the city of Jaipur. We wish we would have stayed longer. The building and gardens are simply beautiful. The staff were incredible and nothing was too much trouble for them. We would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future. Thank you for making our trip truly magical.

Lovley, comfortable hotel in Jaipur. Large, clean rooms and nice bathroom. Friendly staff and nice food in the garden terrace cafe/resturaunt. Nice garden spaces and plenty of seats to enjoy the outdoor spaces.

Slighly out of the way - but still close to the attractions.

Everything was beautiful. It was a pleasure going back to the hotel palace to retreat after 2 full days walking and sightseeing in Jaipur. The breakfast was well taken care of, the staff was friendly. Like many people stated before, it is outdated so don’t expect a 5 star hotel but it was very clean and we enjoyed our peaceful time there.

The hotel looks really glamorous on the site but it looks like it's seen better days. The peacocks in the garden are really wow.The staff in the restaurant are ok but come across as quite officious. The restaurant functions well. Location was excellent. Maybe it's better in the summer.

Lack of heating. My room was huge with marble floors. I had a tiny heater which hardly made an impact. No shower curtain so wet floors all over anytime you had a shower..My friend and I booked identical rooms Mine was huge with a dressing room, hers was half the size of mine. Pool didn't look very clean.

Amasing Herige Hotel in the heart of Jaipur. Will recommend Diggi Palace and will stay there again

Exotically designed themed cottages with all creature comforts (including an air conditioner with heating and cooling), Great expanse of property, lots of trees, birds and the works. The staff were passionate about hospitality and service.

They were very good at making some of the local dishes, We were extra sensitive to the intensity of paprika in the food. Overall, the food was tasty. I think they need to look at the beverages side - coffee (not the instant thing), fruit juices, mocktails, etc. Would have loved to sip them under our courtyard neem tree with the peacocks prancing around.

Sprawling aging property without the character depicted in the photographs.

Indifferent service , especially by restaurant staff.

    8TinaPosted on: 2-21-2025

A charming property with character and lovely rooms . Very easy to get around . They had their own autos and car service but Uber worked efficiently. Staff were very helpful and attentive

It could do with more dining options and a gift shop but was otherwise very good for a short stay

There really was nothing to like about Diggi Palace.

For starters Diggi Palace is not a 5 star property from any angle. I have stayed in several 5 star properties and leading hotel brands of the world and can confidently say that this is at best a 2 or a 3 star property. Our family of three had booked a palace suite in this hotel for the Christmas break of Dec 2024 as part of a long planned and much anticipated trip to Rajasthan. We had provided credit card details via booking.com and confirmed the reservation. A few days before travel the hotel declined our credit card without reason and asked us instead to pay directly via a payment link sent by the hotel. We found this to be most odd but however complied as this was very close to our travel date. On reaching the hotel we were allotted a room that was far from a palace suite. The bathroom was an old style one with no separate wet and dry areas and a bucket for taking bath!! There was no proper heating in the room and on requesting we were provided a most basic noisy fan heater. To make matters worse the extra bed we had paid for was not provided. We spoke to the reception about this and were told that a very tattered and dirty looking mattress was all they had and would be placed on the floor (mind you this was in very cold weather) as they had run out of foldable beds. The three of us had to squeeze into a double bed for the night as a result of this. We obviously did not want to continue at the hotel and ruin the rest of our vacation. We spoke to Ms Roopa at the reception about everything that had happened and she promised to refund the charges for one night that we wanted to cut short. That promise was also not honoured! Inspite of repeated follow ups the hotel very unprofessionally refused to refund. Looks like they were just wanting to get rid of us so that they could fool the next unsuspecting traveller with their false claims.

The hotel is special, there is a large yard in the middle, there are peacocks and the building is very beautiful

The hotel is a little old, it seems that it is not the newest in recent years at all, there was noise in the morning from outside fas

The rooms were clean, with beautiful interiors that gave a luxurious feel. There was hot water, and the electric heating device and oil heater kept the room warm adding extra comfort during the colder nights in January. Overall, it was a cozy, stylish, and pleasant stay!

The Wi-Fi in the rooms was really poor. If you're planning to stay for business/remote work and need reliable internet, the location may not be ideal for that purpose.

    Lovely rooms and great breakfast

    No WiFi in the room

Hidden gem, just as described in the heart of Jaipur. As I entered the courtyard I felt like I was stepping into a movie set for The Last Viceroy. Staff were more than helpful. Our room was dated (in keeping with the hotel theme. A lot of old features retained) but clean and comfortable. Dinner was good.

Breakfast was a bit limited for our taste.

Beautiful heritage building, spacious rooms and comfortable bed!

    5ShraddhadgPosted on: 1-6-2025

Location is good..nicely kept outdoor lawns and quaint buildings.

Poor resturant service. Housekeeping not upto speed. Its definitely not a 5 stat hotel. 3 stars at the most..

    72765Posted on: 1-6-2025

The building and grounds look very nice and they hosted a fun party during our stay.

The room was too cold and getting a hot shower was a challenge.

    5DeepeshPosted on: 12-30-2024

Location is quite close to the city center.

The place needs a major revamp ! They need to have better maintenance of the rooms, the beds, the bathrooms and even the toiletry provided. For a property in a palace, some luxury is expected and the pictures really deceive you. There were cobwebs everywhere. The breakfast options are an absolute minimum. Not what was expected out of this place. It was quite rusty not rustic. Staff is not from a hospitality background, so they do not know how to ensure the guests are treated.
