Location was good, near to airport, however surrounding was not looking very safe, security check was weak, restaurant was super bad

only one restaurant was open for dinner and lunch which was super slow and i saw guests were super unhappy and the staff was not very welcoming, they even did not had a coffee takeaway cup

Over Charged govt.should take cognizance into the hotel industries and fix the prices

Over charges 2 cup tea price 800 rupees Food also over charged 2500 rupees just for rice paneer bhurji and 4 chapati

Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was not that great and was average . They need to increase varieties in order to increase choices.

the manager quickly respond when we reported problem in the room ac, dirty curtains & no safe locker. He accepted the problem and change the room.

Breakfast - Taste is not good, very basic menu nothing admirable,Room - Are very old requires renovation.

Housekeeping was not up to the mark, things were not cleaned properly. Shower taps were not smooth to operate. Switch boards were broken and not working. There were pigeons in the swimming pool, which is not hygienic.

worst Radisson i have experienced in my life, not only their staff is so slow and unbothered about their services they do not even care about any sort of service or hospitality. being a rewards member also makes no difference and the amounts they have for everything is outrageous. being a 5 star we have a mental preparation for expensive services but with the added hospitality but none of them cared for it from the entry level employee to their top management everyone did not really felt the customers are of any importance as i saw several others also troubled by the services. every staff member was always not interested in any services it felt like they are doing some favor to us by serving food, or hearing us on the reception. Would never recommend such a place

Lacks proper cleanliness and hygiene food was limited and options where not available laundry was returned dirty room cleaning did not clean the room properly bed sheets not changed.

Food was amazing. We had breakfast and dinner the food was mouthwatering. Location of the hotel is nice ?

Room Cleanliness is the major concern. Bathroom was smelling stinky. Pan stains all over the basin and near toilet seat. This type of big 5 star property needs to look into this. Room needs maintenance i think as i am also a hotelier.

Sadly a very poor hotel - honestly from room provided, hotel facilities and staff there was nothing to rate as good

Moved room due to unbelievable loud noise from bar - newly allocated room not as previously booked - pool not available - 2 out of 3 lifts not working - room service totally inadequate - room facilities poor with no hairdryer and numerous lights not working - drinks included in package booked not provided and refused by staff - I could go on but I would simply encourage others to consider these comments.

Breakfast was great & had variety of options for everyone like North Indian, SouthIndian, continental etc. Area was clean. Staff was very friendly & helpful from front desk to room service, Staff (person) who was at pool area , breakfast area & front doormen all were very professional . I remember getting positive first impression from Neetu & Rani at front desk. Both made sure we had smooth & efficient check in & check out experience. Food was fresh and delightful.

Swimming area pool bar was closed. Room had no snacks, no iron so had to request the iron. We were couple with 2 kids in a room. 4 people staying but facilities were only for 2 ( like towels, brush , 2 bottles of water instead of 4 , etc) And there were no bath Robs in the room. When I paid higher price for our hotel stay I expect higher expectations.

there were no bathroom toiletries in the room. we were 3 person and instead of a king size bed that i even booked for, we were provided a twin bed, how would 3 persron will sleep on 2 small beds.

Rooms were old and furnishings need upgrading.House keeping was really sub standard,rooms were not cleaned properly and used towels were not replaced.There is no value for the high room tariff.

Nothing at all! Run down and we did not stay past 10 minutes as the rooms and corridors were run down, had foul dampness smell and moulds all over. Still waiting for my money to be refunded which I paid for 4 days and stayed for none

From the lift to corridors and rooms. Curtain was torn, wallpaper torn and wall had mould, damp smell, mirrors and surfaces had dirty grubby hand marks. Horrible

first of all, they overcharged me over and above the quote I got in your website. Then, next day, breakfast was denied saying we did not pay for it. You should check your relations with this pathetic hotel - worst staff behaviour, undue delays in sending a bottle of water to the room - they want one thing - just money

Chef Gulshan kumar and chef minu were very good. Chef who made dosa in morning was excellent. Reception staff are courteous. Felt at home.

the property is very poorly maintained. Most door locks dont work and you have to change the keys after every use, and for that you have to run to the reception everytime, keep that in mind everytime you leave the room.The rooms ameniets are very old and need maintence.no hand eash liquid provided only soap.

Very pathetic experience in such a expensive hotel , we stayed for two nights and paid Rs16000 .00 , I was with my family for vacation in jaipur . Room was very smelly & water leakages from washroom and leaked towards the bed side area ,it happened during the shower. Requested for change the room but they didn't give the attention to the complaint. Room service was very poor ,need to remind for things asked for arranged many phone calls .
