Pros +
- The staff were fantastic. We had a difficult schedule with late nights and they were so accommodating. They had even arranged for a lady to help pin our sarees for a wedding. The rooftop was lovely and the beds were comfortable.
- Big and comfortable bed. Made to order breakfast. Helpful staff. Great location.
- Hotel in a good area, not directly by the main street, so it was not so loud. Friendly personal and the rooms were equipped good.
Cons -
- We weren't able to open our room window which resulted in the room feeling a little clogged. Our friends room had freely flowing air through her windows and balcony but our window was sealed shut.
- Smell(potentially because of humidity in the room)
- There is a lot of humidity in the rooms, because the windows can not be opened. Maybe the owner should invest in the dehumidifier for the rooms. That was the one thing we didn't liked.

The room was a good size and very clean and well decorated with lots of storage and seating. Really friendly and helpful staff.
Cleanliness
breakfast, behavior of owner, not issuing the GST invoice as per government norms. Invoice issued is without signature and in editable word file form. Owner was reluctant to provide GST invoice.
The staff here are incredibly kind, I fell ill on the morning of checkout, and whilst they had a booking for my room already, they helped relocate me to a spare room of theirs so I could have a few more hours rest and refused to take any form of payment for it. The hotel is in a quiet and great location for getting about.
Our room was exceptionally comfortabel, best during our entire stay in India! The hotel was located close to nice restaurants and some excellent coffee shops. The city center was easily reachable. Our host was kind and very considerate, she was always checking in with us. Very quiet and soothing, great for couples trying to find an oasis away from the busy Jaipur streets!
The hotel was a little understaffed, considering the size. And the hot water was quite short.
Was TERRIBLE !!! Plz read the reviews online ....this hotel was rated 8,2 ......but it doesnt deserve a 3...!!
The Lady running the place was rude ,mean !! The condition of room SUITE !!! Was damp ....unclean rooms/ toilet .....stale air in rooms / Insecurity to leave luggage ...the list goes on and on !!
Location Room and bath room size Cleanliness
Not at all professional & overpriced. House rules not made clear at time of booking Indians are not welcomedPathetic services The property does not believe in being cybersecurity compliant - high risk of data leakage. No hot water in winter season leaving the guests to bath in cold water. No good staff at all.
Spacious room. Good coffee shop around the corner.
Hot water only lasts 1 minute. The lady who manages the hotel was dismissive about it and claimed everything was right. We had to shower with cold water every single time. The lady who manages the hotel is verbally abusive and racist. Unfortunately, we lost our room key the last day of our stay. Even though we apologized, she proceeded to shout at us and insult us. She called my Mexican fiancée to be a “dirty person like the people from her country”. This abusive behavior and racist remarks are completely unacceptable.Complete lack of hospitality. There was no staff that could speak English at check in. You are given a hard time about giving notice for breakfast or when you can have it. Manager is dismissive of guest complaints while keeping the high ground. At some point, she patronized us for not leaving the key at the hotel reception (even though we were never told to do so), then she admitted they had trouble with theft from staff for guests who did leave their keys at reception.Do not book this hotel. The high review score at booking.com must be based on fraudulent reviews and does not accurately reflect the situation at this property, based on similar negative experiences from customers that you can read here or Google.
The rooms were big and bathrooms seemed modern
No hot water, manager explained there was a switch that we needed to put it on. But the water remained hot for 1 min.Why we gave them 1? Our friends stayed in another room, unfortunately they lost the door key and the manager lost it pretty bad. Manager was racist to my Mexican friend (like really nasty), And yelled them for listing the keys…..
Clean
It was extremely cold in Jaipur and the bed cover was thin with no extra blankets or duvets in room Tiny heater was present which didn’t make a difference
Well kept property in general.
Awful management.Terrible attitude.i was questioned about my late check in. Service staff with no visible hospitality experience.Breakfast you are hassled about what time you want it.Breakfast served with slow service and quantity resistance e.g. we asked for more Indian bread and they didn't have any more..Hot water only available for a mini shower. It finished every time with soap on..Electric plug exposed in the shower so easy to get electrocuted..
Excellent service from the owner. Rooms very clean bathroom modern.
One of the staff members was really kindDefinitely not worth the score at booking nor the price they ask
- The lady was not friendly- the rooms were moisture- the rooms were dirty- the shower was cold really quick- it stank like cat piss
Location was great, rooms were spacious
2 live in cats, overwhelming smell of cat urine and damp, we watched the cats pee on the rugs in the hall. Cats meow at the door at night and try to enter your room. When rooms are unoccupied the doors are left open and cats lie in the rooms. Language was an issue, the staff didn’t understand us and we asked for coffee and never received any.
The staff and lady of the house are very friendly and helpfull.Excellent location for foreigners regarding restaurants and coffee bars.
In my opinion a little too expensive. The bathroom is too small for this rate
Great location and the lady who runs he place with her two kids are extremely nice. This place is overpriced for the type of facilities it carries but at the same time would much rather pay her and her family then a corporation like Marriott (granted titanium Marriott member from usa). They were very accommodating on requests. Bed was hard and was fixed. Hot water was an issue. The location was perfect. Really great coffee shop around the corner and in a safe part of c cheme. IF you are looking for a more local stay then I would pick this place. If you are used to US type amenities then i would prob book elsewhere. This is a cute place for India tho
The staff was nice, room was very big
-the room was very damp, there was water marks coming from the walls-power socket only for Indian type, and they don’t have enough adapters- walls are thin so you can hear everything from other rooms and street- breakfast was a la carte. On last day I requested a cheese toast, never got it. Day before I asked for two boiled eggs, got only one with an explanation that the other “got spoiled” and was offered toast instead. That was quite disappointing.- they upgraded my room cause they gave my room to someone else. The room was too big and facing the road so noisy. It was very cold and damp in the room and I got a small heater to warm it up.I was offered the originally booked room after those guests leave-only 2 hangers in the closet
Absolutely nothing.
Horrific damp rooms with mould coming through the walls, the blinds and toilet paper both had mould on them. It stank like a basement and it was impossible to sleep in there due the humidity penetrating your bones. The lady manager was extremely rude with an attitude and kept referring to her younger colleague as “the boy”. She kept two cats in the reception and the whole place reeked of cat and ammonia. It’s not worth it at all and it’s not as pictured or described on booking platforms.Avoid at all costs!
