It was a real five star hotel, clean, comfortable rooms great look wonderful staff, good facilities.

I sent some laundry to be cleaned, about 10 pieces, underwear and such, maybe 2 pants, the bill on checkout was 2400 rupees!!!! Almost 37 dollars!!! outrageous.

Breakfast was well laid out & good choices

We had some special requests for my Father, it took longer than usual to come

Recently upgraded property. Brand new. Spacious rooms with large beds. Excellent breakfast buffet and great staff.

Coffee / Bakery / International selection could be better. Little bit far off from city - approx 30-45 mins from key attractions.

The breakfast spread is really good.There is variety and the food is good.

The location is a bit off if you have activities centered in the main city. In our case we had relatives who were close to the city centre and the traffic to the main city locations can take some time.Else its fine.

Phenomenal hotel in all regards. The room was big with a comfy bed, breakfast was amazing, and the enormous pool outside was just the icing on the cake.

The only problem of this hotel is its location - just too far from most Jaipur attractions, especially during traffic. Takes easily 30+ minutes to get to city center, and even longer to touristy spots like the Amber fort. On the other hand, the airport is much closer from here.

We checked in late at night and were pleasantly surprised to see that, despite the hotel being full, a good room had been reserved for us. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and everything was in excellent condition.The staff truly go above and beyond to support their guests. Everyone we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. I was even given a voucher at the front desk to enjoy coffee at the lounge, which was a thoughtful touch.Breakfast at the hotel was simply outstanding. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we will definitely choose this hotel again.

One concern was with the parking. On arrival, the staff insisted on taking my car keys for valet parking and keeping them. I had to insist on parking the car myself, even though there was enough space available. While valet parking can be a convenient service, I believe the hotel should be more flexible and allow guests the option to choose.Another issue was with breakfast. Most guests tend to come around 10 a.m., which creates a heavy crowd. The same happened here, and it seemed the staff had not anticipated it on the first day. It would be helpful if the hotel had a plan in place for such peak times, as they eventually did on the second day. Unfortunately, August 16 was particularly difficult.

1. I booked via booking.com. The rooms details said ‘classic room’ and the picture was of a double bed, so I assumed it is a double bed that I will get. But I was given 2 separate beds! Unacceptable! For no fault of mine, how could this happen!2. One bed didn’t have any cushions on it. 3. When I ordered food from in-room dining, cutlery didn’t accompany the food. Until the cutlery arrived, the food was cold ! 4. While checking-in, I asked what time will breakfast begin? I was told 6:30am. So I showedup at 6:30am and there was hardly any food there.I waited till 7am, but all that was served were croissants, pan au chocolates and some such.

Superb hotel, beautiful design, super comfortable, excellent service, good restaurants, magnificent pool. My son and I had a wonderful relaxing time before our flight home. A special word for Ritu, with whom we did the checkout, pleasant and professional patient and who very kindly accompanied us to the taxi to say goodbye. Bravo to her!

Design of the room and lobby is amazing. Staff is really welcoming and helpful.

Nothing …maybe just difficult to find its way in the long corridor and to the swimming pool..I would add some directions signs

Rooms are clean and big

Did request for early morning breakfast take out the night before for 5am. I was told to call from our room for the request. I did the person answer yes. But was not prepare and told me to wait for 30mins for simple bread and juice. The location is 30mins away from the City.

I loved staying here. The bed was socmfy, staff very professional and helpful and the food at breakfast was abundant and delicious.

The staff. Very nice.

Shower drain blocked. Bathtub dirty. Pool full of pigeons.

They over billed me for the room. When questioned, they said it was additional taxes. I had to pull out my reservation from booking.com to show them that they were lying. Post that it took them forever to return the money, and the overall experience was shambolic. No apology or compensation was offered. Cheating will not take you very far. Pathetic.

We arrived after 12 at night the receptionist was excellent and super efficient both at booking us in and in the early hours of the morning getting us to the airport. Her English was excellent. Many thanks

Clean, well maintained and well equipped rooms. Great service at the front desk. Food at Han was very good. Was close to the airport.

Nicely locatedRestaurant and food were great !Staff onsite especially concierge and reception desk were just wonderful making our visit to Jaipur lovely. Organizing a full day visit to our selected tourist spots on short notice was great and well organized. Staff was extremely helpful in making our visit to Jaipur one to remember and cherish.
