Pearl Palace Heritage - The Boutique Guest House

Beautiful designs in the room, and the whole property, as well as the sister property - Pearl Palace. Sister property had one of the best food and drink places we tried (Peacock restaurant - make sure to try Dal Makhni with Straciatella!, Native cocktail bar and Primitive restaurant), and they offered a very fast shuttle (rickshaw) between those two. Room was warm and welcoming, bathroom extremely clean, water pressure great! Staff was always very kind and welcoming too.

The one thing i would like them to fix is wasting the hot water. The hot water in the shower is coming without any problems, but it takes 3-5 minutes of running the water to become hot. They said its because they use the solar energy, but anyway it feels like huge mess of the resource they don't have that much in the region.

The room was very pleasant and the staff extremely nice.

I didn't realize the restaurant and bar were "off-campus", a two-block walk away.

Incredible rooms, each individually decorated and very impressive. You feel like you are staying in a palace. Staff was very friendly. They arranged free transportation to a wonderful facility for a massage. They also arranged free transport to their sister restaurant, the Peacock. You can have breakfast there or at the hotel. Great food at the Peacock. Make sure to book dinner there as well. Very creative menu.

The surrounding area is very run down. Nowhere to enjoy outside, so you cant walk around. But that is typical of Jaipur.

The property was amazing and palace like. The decoration in each floor and the room was mind blowing. The hotel staff were so humble, kind and very helpful. Everything about the hotel was commendable. If anyone wants to experience authentic Jaipur experience, you must visit this hotel rather than standard hotels .

This hotel is a luxurious experience for an amazing price. Rooms were beautiful and breakfast was amazing. Everything was extremely clean. Staff were polite and accommodating with exceptional customer service. Beds and pillows were comfortable. They offer free tuktuk rides to their sister property which had a fantastic restaurant and no haggle artisan shops.

Only improvement I can think of is a nicer hairdryer would be appreciated.

The first two days we didn't have warm water, but the issue was quickly fixed and the staff was very eager to help us.

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Recommend the foot massage as well after a long day of walking sight-seeing.

I was jetlagged, so I spent quite some time in my room during the day. There was construction above me and hot water was cut.

He and his staff's kindness and care truly made our trip extra special.The hotel itself is stunning. Each room is uniquely designed, with attention to detail that makes the space feel full of character. The location is quiet yet very convenient, perfect for exploring the city while still feeling peaceful at night.We also loved the Peacock Restaurant — it’s beautiful and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything about our stay was exceptional. We would 100% return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaipur.
