Palatial, grand, historic, awesome!!! Increadable staff

Attention to detail, garden and pool. Room was very spacious.

Room had no natural light coming in.

The garden and the location are amazing.

The premises need some care and the staff are not honest. After we booked through booking and had a total fare they said that taxes were on top but while doing the math the calculation was not correct. They requested the payment straight up. Without leaving us the option to call booking.com and talk. WATCH OUT WHEN YOU BOOK!

Staying at RAAS Rajmahal Palace was a dream come true. From the moment we arrived, we experienced a royal welcome. The check-in process was prompt, and the staff's attention to detail was impeccable. Special thanks to Vishal, whose warm hospitality and professionalism made us feel truly welcome.The property is an architectural wonder, exuding elegance and charm. Our suite was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, and every corner of the palace was beautifully preserved. The breakfast was an absolute delight with its à la carte menu offering fresh and delectable options.The highlight of our stay was the option to upgrade to one of their exquisite suites, which added a touch of grandeur to our experience. The overall atmosphere was serene and inviting, making it feel less like a hotel and more like a warm, welcoming home.This was easily one of the most memorable stays I've ever had, and RAAS Rajmahal Palace will undoubtedly be my only choice for accommodation in Jaipur in the future.

very expensive , only 13 rooms in a huge area , I take the room out the main building .

The Rajmahal Palace has been the highlight of our visit to Jaipur. It's a gem in the middle of the city, filled with history and beauty. The staff has been incredible and went above and beyond to make sure our visit was unforgettable - thank you to Abhi, Manish, Amit, Sumit, Ajit and everyone else. We look forward to visiting again!

The "durbar" where we were welcomed on arrival was a wonderfully decorated room - We really appreciated the welcome drink on arrival. The gardens were beautiful and dining rooms very "Instagram" worthy. Staff was helpful and accomodating.

No natural light virtually whatsoever in our room, was very dark, even in sunlight. A party was ongoing in the bar (next to our room) that was somewhat noisy, but staff were accomodating to have the volume reduced. Significant surrounding city noise. Friendly and helpful staff, but needed polish for a hotel of this calibre. Bar poorly stocked limiting cocktail selection (barman explained that several bottles not available in the state). Barmen perhaps also needed some training in cocktails.

Everything about the property and the people was exceptional! The property was very kind to upgrade us to the Princess Diana Suite and had the best stay. We can’t wait to return to the hotel. The staff were amazing, very attentive and really care about their guests.

The stay was exquisite. I was overwhelmed by this historic property which has seen so much and so many over the centuries. Mahesh, Kulwant and their colleagues were fantastic, thoughtful and their hospitality unmatched. The decor of the palace is a treat for the eyes, and the most gorgeous wallpaper I have ever seen. The location of the hotel couldn't be better. Food and drinks were delicious and innovative both. I can't wait to return.

Our stay at Raas was exceptional. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel organised great excursions for us and transport for New Delhi and to Agra. We wish we could have stayed more than two days.

The location is great, and i liked their big garden and boutique stores.

It Cant be part of RAAS hotels in such quality, im extremely disappointed. The Hotel is very old but not in a good way, the wall paper and the huge door frames look very tacky and cheap. The bedroom is not worth the money, the bed isnt comfortable and the carpet is starting to wear off. I think i was extremely disappointed because ive been to different RAAS hotels and theyre usually top in everything and you get what you pay for interms of service and facilities like the spa and wellness areas. Whereas in this one the massage area was terrible and veryyyy old. I wouldn’t imagine what i saw is part of RAAS hotel?. Dee

The location.

Pathetic staff - I was asked to get up from my breakfast table on the basis of it being reserved for some foreigners who had gone for a city tour. When I told the person that the restaurant was empty and they could sit anywhere he was extremely rude. I did not get up and called his colleague who then understood the situation. IMPORTANT - There was no RESERVED board on the table. When you ask them something they keep giggling and murmuring among themselves instead of attending the guest.

rooms were not clean.a jar of half eaten biscuits was left in my room.My room was too dark.

A stunning, tranquil oasis amidst the hustle & bustle of Jaipur. Everything was outstanding from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The interior decor was incredible, a design heaven. The staff were all so kind & helpful. Fantastic service. The food was delicious.

This is an amazing property - highest luxury room, common areas, garden and pool with highest quality service from every staff member. It is truly living as the Maharaja’s guest in a small property. Every staff member was amazing and outstanding. Bharti in front office helped in everything - making reservations, welcoming us, giving a tour of the amazing property, going above and beyond on everything. The property manager also was friendly. The young man serving us breakfast was lovely. The food at lunch times were of the highest quality and taste. All in all 11 out of 10.

The room l had booked was a deluxe double and was very claustrophobic as it only had a tiny widow with bars on it and looked out over a bus parking lot. However thanks to the staff , they very kindly shifted us into another magnificent room and our stay was divine
