They were given special instructions that They forgot. I called them more than 5 times before checkin.they were also reminded 2 days before checkin. They spolied my friends Honeymoon. Supier disappointed.

There were cockroaches

Beautiful property, very clean, spacious suites. There were Multiple bathrooms and dining table for eating.

The temperature control was all over the place. We had very little control over the room temperature and it took many hours just to heat up 1 degree.

Location is close to airport.They were generous to offer an early check-in, without any chargeLaundry service was quick, the person was very polite and courteous.

When I checked into my room, I was shocked to see there was a used hand-towel left on a shelf near the wash basin, and another used bath towel on the floor near the shower.A used soap on the soap dish, literally stuck to it.The floor itself was not cleaned, had hair and dirt all over.The fridge was not working. I wanted to store an extra can of coke I purchased through room service. I thought it may not be switched on, so I pulled the cabinet that housed the fridge to access the back, and saw all sorts of dirt, cobwebs and even garbage.. probably from years ago. The wiring too was home-made and could easily cause a short-circuit.To say the food was terrible and of poor quality is an understatement. Everything I ordered was pathetic.Scrambled eggs: poorly doneHaka noodles: Any street vendor could have done better. Oily, terrible ingredients, worse than instant noodlesSweet Corn Soup: Salt water with some sweet-corn thrown inBed was lumpy and uncomfortable. I dared not check the mattress or what was underneath, for fear of what I would find.I just pity the people who had stayed there from foreign countries, they would have felt this is how all 5 Star hotels are in India. A pity.BTW, my room was 761

Service was very poor. We lost a new jacket to our Daughter at the reception, Keys not working properly had to visit multiple times to reception for the same.

Reception design

Room was poorly designed. Size of the room was disappointing. The side of most room categories is the same. It is not clear why higher categories exist and what is the value bring charged.

We were totally disappointed with booking.com.We have paid 02 nights payment by credit card , but stop our guests to check out for one night payment.Our staff paid cash amount at the hotel reception.My first time experience was horrible.Best regards

Poor table service at breakfast, no smart TV in the room, was charged extra on my bill during my last stay and this has yet to be refunded

Breakfast was a bit crowded and waiting time was more than 15 mins Some arrangement should be done to serve in other dining area if the hotel is so full.

Just one thing - if a family is booked more than 4 rooms on a floor Other guests should be given room a little distant as they keep opening closing doors and children running through the corridors at night - past 12 am.... becomes a little irritating Neither you want to complain or tell the guests to keep it down.

Location to Airport , beautiful property, the staff we met : duty manager Jagrut , our breakfast attendant Rajveer , retail shop manager Rithik , porter Narayan - all were very courteous and very pleasant, was a lovely & enjoyable experience.

The television in the bedroom should be updated to smart television so this entertainment feature could complement the other facilities, Netflix , YouTube etc. facilities were definitely expected inline with the rating of this hotel .

Room size , cleanliness and hygiene, decor, hotel decor.

Food cost is exorbitant which makes people search for other options.

Staff needs more training. Some staff are excellent, but few has terrible attitude, especially a guy in black suit in Bar. Seems to be the Bar Manager.

The LaLit has a good standard of amenity and comfort. It was also located conveniently close to the airport and not very far away from the city attractions.

The refrigerator in my room never worked, the WiFi never worked, the staff were not very accommodating or welcoming, save for one female employee at the front desk. I booked and paid in full for a hotel car and the driver dropped me at the wrong location, alone at 9pm despite asking him to wait for me to confirm my locations. The hotel neither refunded, partially refunded nor provided any sort of remedy or incentive in exchange for the poor service.The spa is also not worth the money, but the spa staff are very pleasant. The buffet was also disappointing and did not have much variety unlike other LaLit hotels. I was not very pleased with the LaLit Jaipur considering the price I paid for my 7 night stay.

Decent location

Staff needs a lot of training and the services turnaround time has to improve, horrible on that front.

Friendly and helpful staff. Variety of food at the breakfast buffet. An outdoor pool and gym facilities.

It was difficult to get non-spicy food (that I needed because of my diet).

The room and hotel is just an amazing ? .Miss Anjali who is working at restaurant service she is super cool and very top of the service person. I love Rithik as well he has given us personal attention. Sakshi has supported us to.change our room location .but we are quite disappointed towards Rishabh In service desk .I had paid hotel ? for a good room view and I had already made a request for king bed not twin bed in January and lalit has accepted the same but he should give us king room he has tried but he has given us very bad view room in the corner I am here after 10 years from Germany only visit property then I get treated like bad guest .Overall stay was super and harpreet and Sakshi helped us to change the room .they both are top ?.
