Hotel rooms, no facilities like TV, satellite cable, refrigerator, chocolate, cookies, no proper toiletries provided.No view from window infact shows new construction room with worker staying.., so got curtain fitted for privacy.

Very close to the attractions and if not only a short ride away

No kettle and didn’t get bedding or towels changed

It’s very old, they have restaurant in hotel premises but food is not convenient for foreigners, restaurants manager is not the right person to handle this business.While we pay 45$ per night didn’t have breakfast, no toiletries, no hair dryer and iron! Major thing is hotel building is very old and cracked. Outsiders is beautiful on picture with pink city architecture but room and lobby is look like guest house which values 5$ per night.

There was not room services, Intercom wasn’t working Room wasn’t furnish as per your photo And important that's there wasn’t tea kettle in the room

Very bad experience

Excellent location in terms of center to the city. Good value for money. Excellent staff.

Nothing in particular can be said was bad.

Location and quick access of public transport and few important points are very near

Washroom should be better like com-ode arrangement and there pipe arrangements and should have proper windows and should not have noisy fans

Location was within the market and near to Hawa Mahal/ Jantar Mantar / City Palace. Hotel provided extra bed there.

Room was bit noisy as it was street side. Electric fan was creating noises which disrupted sleep in the night. No water bottle was there in the room.

Despite booking.com states that no advance money is needed for reservation ,the hotel asks for it by msg. Hotel is stinky, dirty, appliances in room do not work. I stayed for 2 days, room service didnt cleaned my room. Do not recommend at all.

Rooms were exceptionally spacious. Hotel even upgraded our rooms.

There is no dedicated car parkjng space. Getting a spot for your car is a really a tedious task. The parking space management is terrible at its work.

Response to order and not even provide break fast

I saw the pics and location was good that's why i booked but it is very PATHETIC condition. rooms are very dirty and dusty lights is very low so you won't find it. my uncle room was very dusty carpets he and his family got allergies . very old and dirty toilet and very old and dirty beds. i changed the towels because of stains but all towels is same. they charge very high for tea and food but not worth it. they looting tourist.
