This is one of those hotels that goes beyond the extra mile in making your stay memorable. Karan and khateeb were our dedicated butlers who became extended part of our family. Service was sooo sooo good. Every request of ours were met with a YES and delivered . I have no words for this place. They also have a divine musician who plays the flute there which goes so well with the entire atmosphere with peococks dancing in the background and his flute playing its divine . Must must experience .

This is more than just a hotel it is an unbelievable luxury experience. The palace itself and the grounds are beautiful but what sets it apart is the service and staff hospitality. They cater to your every need and it seems that any request you have they find a way to make it happen. Beyond a 5 star experience, if you have the means this is absolutely an experience worth having. Karan, Khateeb and the hotel manager Pradip were all incredible throughout our stay. We will definitely return again someday!

    Everything was fantastic.

We LOVED everything about our stay but especially the staff. They made our holiday incredibly special and couldn't have been more welcoming, helpful and lovely all round, always going above and beyond. A special thanks to Amit, Pradeep & Shuchita! The most beautiful place, unbelievable food, lovely gardens.. can't wait to return! Also a shout out to Manish and all the pool staff.

Fantastic stay with many free activities, which the kids and we enjoyed a lot! The food was good and the service at restaurants was wonderful and helpful with the kids who were tired. Loved the peacocks walking around the property and the Christmas decor and lights were stunning. Little gifts left on the bed were a nice touch.

Things felt slightly disorganized. When we arrived they sort of oversaw us and we didn't get the special welcome with flowers until we asked for it. A similar situation occurred at dinner when we were told there was a show so we should eat outside, so we waited for it outside in the cold the show was delayed by half an hour and we were eventually told to move inside to eat.We hired a driver from the hotel and while he was nice and professional he was also pretty sick with the flu or something, which made us slightly uncomfortable.Rooms were colder than expected at night. We have a heater, but as the rooms open directly to the open-air corridor you could feel the cold air coming in.

Fazal and his team were outstanding. Our second visit in 6 months and he made our stay exceptional.

My goodness, this place knocked my socks off. It was sublime. The hospitality is next level, and the staff are amazing. They go out of the way for everything--when I couldn't make up my mind over an entree, the server brought me a bit of the one I didn't order as well, because she saw how undecided I was. The car we hired from the hotel for sightseeing...the driver made it his personal mission that I shouldn't have a single drop of rain on me, as I entered and exited. The general manager was next level--my husband lost his ear pods (they fell out of his pocket), but the lengths to which the staff went to retrieve them...this experience is unique. It is old school Indian hospitality at its best, combined with impeccable property management.

The only thing we didn't love is that they've fallen prey to the trend that we're noticing at high end properties across the world--pumping fragrance through the vents. Noticed this especially on our first day, but then it grew less noticeable. Wish that all hotels would stop this misguided trend. Can't be good for health, all these fake fragrance chemicals.

Like most Taj properties this is also a heritage property with amazing history.

To my surprise the service staff were very untrained and not up to Taj’s level. For example we had half eaten snack left in our room when we checked in. We were served in dirty glasses. The waiter picked up a fork from the floor and placed it on our table. The service staff in the restaurant barely smiled.

The setting are truly magical, our suite was immaculate, the different restaurants were fantastic, the service was really excellent. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure that we are happy and looked after.

Service and hospitality is the best we've ever seen across our travels.Food is par excellence - breakfast spreads, the restaurants, all fantastic. The palace is majestic, quite pristine, visually stunning.Peacocks all around is the cherry on top of a decadent cake.

    Nothing to not like

The facilities and activities that are in the hotel itself.Good food at the restaurants. The location of the hotel is close to the city, and visiting the historical parts of Jaipur are not very far either.

Hospitality could be improved. The carpets in the rooms and the curtains were very dusty.Mediocre briefing of the hotel facilities when it comes to restaurant timings when booking full board dining.

Splendorous, you get the maharaj’s style

Food was average, room had many many curtains and sheets that made us cough. Rooms have are purifiers due to the pervasive presence of curtains, carpets, etc. For such a luxury accommodation, and for such price, everything needs to be perfect

Rambagh Palace was one of the most luxurious and comfortable experiences we had in our lives. You basically live in a maharajas palace. Every aspect of our stay was exceptional and has exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly, the restaurant is legendary and we loved the Polo Bar. We are looking forward for our next visit at this unique place!

    The grounds

The swimming pool area was poor for a hotel of this supposed rating. Poor and limited furniture, F&B could only be called via a phone, dirty bird soiled indoor pool. The welcome tour with our children included the polo bar and recommendations for cocktails - there was no mention of the fact that our children would not be allowed entrance later in the evening when we were turned away in front of other guests.A schedule of events was sent via WhatsApp. Events were cancelled due to promotional filming which seemingly went on all day. No dispensation was offered to guests. The rooms were dowdy and corporate and certainly not worthy of the daily room rate.

    9MartinPosted on: 3-1-2024

    Historical and architecturally impressive

Only two restaurants as Steam only opens Friday to Sunday.Wine list is very limited and expensive.

A Beautiful Hotel in a Beautiful Setting! The Staff were just Wonderful! Everywhere you walk is a pleasure to the eyes! There are peacocks roaming in the Gardens and if you feed them with the grains the Hotel Staff give you they will walk right up and eat out of your hands. Tea at the Verandah is a lovely relaxing experience. Our room overlooked the inner courtyard garden with the fountain, and again all was lovely! The Breakfast has the usual full range of choices one can expect to enjoy. You can join a Tour of the hotel where you learn the History of its Days Gone By. The spa is a recommended indulgence in a Beautiful setting with indoor and out door pool areas. If you get a chance to stay it is Highly Recommended!!
