The only good thing of the hotel was its rooftop and live music.

Room was very very small in size. was not even able to walk in the room.Room was smelly. They showed something else in the photo and given a much smaller room.Garbage was gathered in front of our room door.overall bad experience

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked and paid for a higher-category non-smoking room, but upon arrival I was given a room outside the hotel building, facing the main road, with a broken AC and an ashtray. When I asked why a non-smoking room had an ashtray, the staff told me “every room has one,” which turned out to be false because the better room I eventually received had no ashtray. They also insisted that no other rooms were available, yet when I firmly refused to accept the poor rooms they were trying to force on me (including one located in a dirty, damp basement area), they suddenly produced the exact type of room I had originally booked. This made it clear they were intentionally hiding the proper rooms to push their least desirable rooms on guests. I also could not help feeling discriminated against, as it seemed they offer better rooms more readily to tourists who “look” foreign, even though I myself am an international traveler of South Asian origin. Additionally, their partnered tour agent misled me by implying he would personally guide my day tour, only to send a driver at the last minute without informing me beforehand. Overall, the staff behavior was dishonest and manipulative, and the entire experience made my first day in Jaipur extremely unpleasant. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. I request all international travelers to be cautious when dealing with them. If given the chance, they will lie to you, cheat you, and possibly even try to scam you. Also, regarding their restaurant—do not ask the servers for recommendations, as they have absolutely no idea what is good or bad on the menu. In the end, these people made my Jaipur experience absolutely exhausting

The restroom was quite spacious and room was just big enough to fit three beddings.

The room was perfectly fine but wasn't cleaned properly after the previous guests left. It had feviquick spilled in the left corner of the room where I was almost about to have my foot stuck. I also asked the staff to remove the garbage that was infront of our window but that wasn't done throughout the stay. Stayed for 3 days.

We did not experience the breakfast. To make it a more effective question, the hotel may offer for one free breakfast at least for those starting more than two nights.

It's always very depressing to hear the question "Are you checking out?" every time we passed by the hotel staff nearby the counter. As if they want to see us off as soon as possible. As they already know when the chek out is, there is no point asking the question.

Good shower and good staff, I had a little problem with my booking but they worked with me to solve it.

The property is on a good and safe location, the inside is quite cozy. It’s a good value for money. They also agreed to keep our luggage after the checkout for the day, which is very comfortable while traveling.

The restaurant was very delicious yet a bit expensive comparing to local prices. Though, once staying here you should def try it and the view and veranda is very nice.

Excellent experience at Hotel Kalyan, the rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Loved the decor and the cleanliness of the place. Highly recommend to stay here. Do try their new cocktail bar sura , lovely cocktails and wonderful food!!

Room space and property location are good.

Basic items are not available. There is no kettle for hot water, so you need to call every time. There is also no bath gel, toothbrush, or toothpaste. For breakfast, limited items are available, and there is no fruit.

The hotel itself is nice and clean. It's kinda far from the center, but it's ok, if you want something calm.

The manager was extremely difficult to deal with. He initially offered us a double room instead of the triple room we had booked. After I complained and showed him our reservation, he responded, "It's based on availability, but now you can have a free upgrade."

1-Owner of the property and Manager in reception(day shift)was very rude n nonsense.As I just asked them to park my bike in their parking premises.They just denied and told me to park it in street just front of their hotel.2-Stinky washroom

The best hotel I've stayed in India so far. I had a beautiful room with a leafy balcony. Room service was available at any time by phone. There's an elevator, a rooftop restaurant with live music and a rooftop bar. The train station and metro are a 10-minute walk away. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.The hotel is located in a quiet residential area.

Maybe the only drawback is that it takes at least half an hour to get to the city center

The food was to costly and according to my price of room it was too small even two persons can't stand together

The food, ambience and locality was good. Room was a bit smaller than our expectations. It was a great stay overall!

The rooms were beautifully designed and clean.

The food were very overpriced and not all worth the price being paid for it . The staffs were very casual and the desk clerk during checkout took my phone on pretense of checking my booking pin and posted a review by themselves in that process
