We had the pleasure of staying in the ‘Luxurious Bathtub’ room.The room itself is very comfortable, attractive and quiet. The bed and and bed linen in particular is luxurious. Space is used well and the decorations add warmth and atmosphere. We have found the staff in particular, to be warm, friendly and very helpful. They were always ready to assist with anything we needed and when we had problems, they worked hard to overcome them and find solutions.

We had e great stay in this Hotel. The room was very big, super clean and the bed was soo conftable and big! Also the bathroom was very nice and clean.

Rooms are clean / have unique design and the corridors and stairs have a lovely modern decor.Was a perfect stay for 1 night in Jaipur. Very good price.

On first night - shower was cold. Wi-fi connection in our room was intermittent and kept dropping out.Breakfast was OK but hotel definitely need to buy a new toaster! This hotel could easily be a 10 with more attention to detail!

The minute you walk through the door, this place has the wow factor. I really thought I was in a palace, the decor and rooms were amazing. The staff were helpful and sorted everything. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Jaipur.

Great hotel, the personnel is very kind and helpful, the restaurant is delicious with a variety of meals on the menu: vegetarian and non vegetarian. Also, they have beautiful candlelight dinner set-up at rooftop. The room was really clean with AC and a fan. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend it.

Very bad experience for checking in hotel it took us 2 hours waiting and no one cared. We were party of 6... mostly ladies they dint even had out rooms ready . They had double booking, and they were not checking us in . She was very rude, and the owner was lady she wouldn't even come out of her office, and nobody was bothered. Overall, a very bad experience will never go there and would not suggest anyone else to book into that hotel. So disappointed.

We had a fabulous stay at Sarang Palace. It’s a luxury boutique hotel with many theme Rooms. It was first our anniversary and we wanted to celebrate in style, that’s why we chose Sarang palace, they have beautiful theme rooms , record the balloon and flower decoration in the room, and we also booked their candlelight dinner on the rooftop. Everything was pitch perfect , minute of the details were taken care of by hotel staff , romantic atmosphere , lovely decoration and lip smacking food . We will never forget the time spent and memories made at sarang palace , thank you to all the team of sarang palace for making our stay memorable

We had a memorable stay at Hotel Sarang Palace. Wonderful family, Hotel and jaipur, we search it online and found it to b very good . It’s recently renovated . Rooms are just marvellous. So are the common lobbies and areas . I have never seen Something so tastefully done in a boutique hotel. Lovely interior and decor with comfortable rooms. We got a free upgrade in a panoramic room. It had lot of windows and the good city view . One should take dinner in their restaurant because it is really tasty and the restaurant is really beautiful. Specially the rooftop breakfast spread in the morning was excellent. Their staff and services impeccable. The go step ahead to make your stay comfortable. Good parking space and location of the hotel is also centrally located . All in all it’s a wonderful choice to Stay in Jaipur with loved ones .

I booked for cities view I didn’t get it,wi-Fi no working at all,bath towel is nesty(dirty)Room 209,I booked by seeing photos they didn’t let us go Top of roof at all and when I was talking to manager same time other customer was complaining about not letting go on the Roof and giving excuses

Disrespectful and Rude. Unprofessional service.

Staff were rude and generally dismissive toward my partner. Gave us the roomcard of another family's room initially. Booked in a romantic rooftop meal which was arguably the least romantic meal I have ever had. The 'city view' was a white fence panel, incredibly loud music was playing and a couple with a baby kept putting their crying baby down a meter away from our table. Service was terrible and was FORCED to leave a review on google before we left the hotel restaurant. When I reluctantly agreed to leave a review the waiter demanded we write two lines of things we liked about the restaurant. We had 2 nights booked but decided our second night was better off being spent somewhere where guests are respected and treated well. Would not recommend.

Overall comfortable stay with nice staff and beautiful room decor

beautiful rooftop you see in the pictures is not accessible for the guests, you have to pay a hefty amount and book a candle light dinner in order to have dinner there.

Breakfast was just ok. Maybe because we went late, fruit selection was limited and tea/coffee was not hot enough.

It takes more time for hot water to start flowing in the taps. Room tariff appeared to be high.Noise from outside is more, maybe because of the location.The reception feels cramped especially when guests are waiting to check in/check out.

Location and staff are excellent. The rooms are immaculate, so clean and lovely,

The bathroom in the triple room was tiny - no room to shower or move. Food was off the chart spicy although portion sizes were very generous.

Nice and helpful people, big bed and wonderful, clean bathroom.
