Alsisar Haveli - A Heritage Hotel

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. It?s an absolutely gorgeous property. The service was great - when we asked for towels or an extra comforter, we had them in 5 minutes. The rooms had stain glass windows that made beautiful colors on the walls.

Service, clean

Thanks

Nice decoration. Very quit location. Rooms are basic but nicely decorated.

Fantastic historic Haveli in a not so great neighborhood. But once you enter the gates it's like you get transported to a whole another realm!! Well maintained grounds and a lovely atmosphere. We loved it here!

Everything was great! Even the beds and water pressure in the showers, you do hear the call to prayers on the loud speaker.

Beautiful Property, very very helpful staff and excellent food!

Climbing in and out of the high tubs in the bathrooms is very inconvenient (for older guests), it would be nice if there were shower cubicles as an option.

Untrained staff. Owners around the property, very stoic. The only woman is at the Spa. No responses to pick up and the men at the reception seem unhappy.

Amazing old haveli in the hart of Jaipur. Average breakfast. Staff at the breakfast area is great. Beautiful pool. Large room nicely decorated. Common areas are beautiful.

The bathroom smelled bad. The staff at the front desk was not very service oriented. Average breakfast and dinner quality. It is expensive for what you get.

Beautiful heritage property in middle of chaotic Jaipur, a bit far away from main attractions. Reception staff was fantastic though the dining staff focused on large tour groups and didn’t give proper service to solo traveler like myself. Room was huge though cleaning could be improved with dust in many corners

Heritage and history

it was beautiful, and my room was luxurious

Location is a little out of the way, and the restaurant staff went from excellent to mediocre

The location was great, near to the metro. The accommodation was comfortable, great food and fantastic service personnel.

Can’t think of anything.

Stunning property, hand painted details, historical art, picturesque, and beautiful landscaping.

The hotel is very cozy recreating the beauty of an old palace in Rajasthan. It has a very nice atmosphere.

Few options for international breakfast.

Lovely property in the middle of the chaos of Jaipur. The staff went above and beyond! Love all the details in the architecture.

The common areas ( garden, pool, restaurant, small salons ) were beautifully decorated

Such a beautiful historical building but then love is in the details. Some pieces of furniture were missing elements ( they have been broken and no replaced ). The place deserves the almost care

The classic style. The property was very grand and pretty.Staff at breakfast were really attentive.

No steam, the facilities stated it was available. When challenged the Manager We were advised to contact booking.com.Not good WiFi - poor connection.Too expensive overpriced Tv was not working.no lift stairs are steap.I am allergic to dogs there was a family dog wondering around all the time including lunch time.Expensive spa on site.Faculties were not available.Toilettes were not always replenished.Room was not always cleaned needed requesting.Left with so many mosquitos bites.

Excellent property that is very authentic to Jaipur. Clean facilities, excellent staff, great restaurant and nice breakfast. Would recomend .

From staff to room and pool and restaurant. All were excellent

The staff was wonderful, top notch. Breakfast was delicious and the pool area is fantastic!

The bed linens and bath towels in my room could use some freshening up.

Beautiful place, kind staff, clean rooms, very nice swimming pool

The dinner at the restaurant was not so good

Very well cared for accomodation. Clean and comfortable with attentive staff.

Each day in late afternoon the ambience around the pool was disturbed by young children splashing and yelling in the pool.

Amazing hotel! Great facilities, friendly staff and incredible interiors
