Breakfast was up to expectations

The hot water pipe line was not functioning. The pool was under repairs.. Yet the reception did not inform us of these issues. We later came to know that the hit water line was not working g since the previous day. The hotel should have been honest and transparent before we checked in. We could have opted for another hotel. We were basically shortchanged.

Windows that are sealed are a huge problem. The hotel seems to be a bit tacky. Parking is a problem.

The location, cafe, cleanliness and size of rooms is nice.

The staff doesn’t seem that well trained. The curtain rail came off the wall while we were getting late to attend a wedding and two repairmen were sent to the room alone without any female staff accompanying them while my partner was alone in the room. When I asked to meet the GM, I was told he was in a meeting with some guests at 2000Hrs. I told the front desk to arrange a meeting in the morning during breakfast. While checking out the same staff was there and didn’t even ask if I would like to meet the GM, just trying to pass it under the table.

Good location

Phone numbers both were not connecting. Room service connect also not working. Quality of food ordered seemed not upto the mark Vs other properties. Staff could be more courteous - felt less warmth than other properties.

Not upto the mark. Overpriced. Old property. Poor service and prop needs maintenance.

Room Service very slow. Old property. Issues with drain system. House keeping service very slow. No body attended the complaint for Tv and bathroom. Not value for money. Over priced. Not recommended.

The staff were welcoming and very efficient, the buffet restaurant had a good choice for breakfast and evening mealsThe room was a nice size and had a good bathroom with nice toiletries but could have had more loo roll

The a/c didn’t work very well, we told reception and they sent someone straight away but he just told us we had to wait for it to cool down, even when it had been turned on all night the room didn’t get any cooler.

Bed was very comfortable, room was pleasant and spotlessly clean. Shower and bathroom facilities really good. Breakfast was good. The staff were pleasant and accommodating.

The pool area was tired and in a neglected state, possibly because it wasn't peak tourist season? The pool water looked murky and uninviting. We would have liked to utilize this area, but it felt depressing.

Check in waiting period , old mattress which don’t support your back and jet which can hurt you in the sensitive place.

1.The location is decent, with 20-30min access to most tourist places. 2. Many restaurants nearby so you do not have to be dependent on hotel's expensive food menu.3. Breakfast spread although not lavish, was tasty.

1. The pool while small was very dirty. Even after repeated reminder was not cleaned in time. Also, no pool towels present on spot, we had to wait for 15mins and 3 reminders.2. The front desk staff is ready to help but the remainder feel like they barely listen to their own management.3. Overall the hotel doesn't live up to sarovar's standards in other locations.4. No mini fridge in our room, although present in other rooms.

The property is located in Vaishali Nagar a upscale area and is in a peaceful neighbourhood.

Wash rooms are small . Secondly slider doors are not having proper locking system. Room no 303 one May go and check .

To begin with we were given a room with faulty door lock, it did not close from the inside and anybody could enter the room simply without knocking. Fortunately we noticed this early and asked the staff to remedy it. They shifted us in another room. That was alright. But, on day 2, we left the room locked and did not turn on the housekeeping light nor did we ask to tidy our room. When we returned to our room in the evening, we noticed that the staff had been in our room. Our iPads and one wallet was in the room outside and the room safe/locker was not working. We were shocked by this unprofessional act by the sarovar portico brand. Our stuff was all safe so we did not think much of it.THE SECOND SHAMELESS ACT!I had asked the hotel staff whether their swimming pool was open and functional or not well before the cancellation window closed. I asked again before checking in and they reaffirmed that it was functional. When i visited the pool on terrace, the deck was unattended, dirty and it seemed like it had not been serviced for a long time. The pool was in horrible condition with algae bloom and a dirty floating tube was on the surface mocking my desires of a joyous swim. I was furious and went to the reception in hopes of a solution or in the very least an apology but the staff there had the audacity to say that ‘’the pool is open sir and you can just go upstairs and sit poolside’’. After giving them an earful for their shameless behaviour they assured me that the pool will be cleaned promptly and latest by morning the next day. When I returned to the hotel after a stroll in the city and dinner, i decided to check whether they had serviced the pool. They did not. I mentioned this to the night staff at reception and he reassured me by writing the issue in their complaint register. The pool was not serviced the next day also. When I asked to see the manager they said he’ll meet us shortly, we waited at the reception for 20 minutes and he didn’t show up!
