This was the worst experience ever. They charged me twice for 2 days of booking. They deducted the money from my account before I checked in and then again after I checked in. And I still haven’t got the refund for the second transaction. I paid 1000 AED for a 2 days stay.

Room size was fine but bathroom was pretty small ..Spread of breakfast could have been better

Good budget place in Jaipur. Gym is ok, room was big and breakfast buffet was plentiful. Restaurant has a good buffet and a la carte dinner as not many restaurants nearby. Recommended!

Terrible Check Out Experience

The room had no hot water at night. Breakfest only with indian options. The location was far from the main attractions and too dark to walk around alone. When checking out, we had problems paying for dinner, since the only card payment machine wasn't working. It was embarrassing because we didn't have enough cash to pay the finte bill. The staff didn't handle the situation well, causing embarrassment and preventing the Uber that would take us to the airport from entering. I almost missed my international flight because the hotel wouldn't let us in. In any other hotel in the world, this situation would be the hotel's responsibility, since it was their fault and not mine as a guest.

Nice and pleasant stay for family. Prompt service staff. Nice options in breakfast.

My overall stay at Zone was memorable and extremely fulfilling.The hotel staff was good and greeted us with smiles on their faces at anytime of the day. Anything you called for was brought to you in a jiffy.The breakfast was delicious and there was variety each day.Dinner was also good in the Bazaar Restaurant.Apinee, the staff member at Bazaar Restaurant was very courteous and caring.Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay here.

Rooms r comfortable and clean

Food was really bad, oily and salty, they have all night menu, but upon placing the order with in room dining which is online only, they did not have anything available in the kitchen , not even the chef. I was refused any f&b service and was categorically told that there is no food available at night after waiting for half an hour for my food.The Indian breakfast items were oily and salty.When I ordered English breakfast I was told the funniest thing, when I didnt receive my sausages, I was told I had to either choose eggs or sausages.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for the second time. Last time I stayed in 2018, and I must say it exceeded my expectations once again. My recent hotel stay was exceptional! The room was clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, always eager to assist. The central location made it easy to explore the city's attractions. I would definitely return for another enjoyable stay. I can confidently say that this hotel remains my top choice whenever I'm in town.

Upon entering the earlier assigned room, I couldn't help but notice a pervasive smoking smell that immediately caught my attention. It was quite unpleasant and somewhat surprising, especially considering my previous positive experiences. While I understand that some guests may choose to smoke in designated areas, the lingering odor in the room was quite noticeable. Despite this initial drawback, I hope the hotel management can address this issue before assigning the room in the future to their guests.
