Friendly staff/service. Tasty breakfast.

1. The hotel is located in an alley that is difficult to locate. 2. The approach road is so narrow. 3. There was some construction going on in the front that made it very messy. 4. The room was very very mediocre for the price.

Water taste not perfect, timings of breakfast and dinner very narrow/limited. No washbasin at restaurant.

The ambience was wonderful. The general atmosphere was inviting. Upper area veranda sitting area was very pleasant. Small but well organized and delicious menu. Lastly, outstanding staff(everyone) and service!!

The website should mention about not having a lift/elevator and requiring climbing steps to the upper rooms.

It's a very pretty property - heritage villa - mostly well maintained. Location is really nice with restaurants, Starbucks right outside. Staff was really nice too.

Some rooms were very old, especially the washrooms, which were worn out and in desperate need of an upgrade. we booked 4 rooms, 4 of them has new waashrooms but 1 had an old style washroom which was a little unpleasant & inconvenient to use.

Amazing quiet stay in Jaipur with a beautiful property and wonderful service. Not far from the airport or the old city. It’s the perfect place to stay while you tour Jaipur.

Hotel was in a great location - very close to central Pink city, popular restaurants, as well as equidistant from Amer fort to the north and Jaipur airport to the south. Wonderful breakfast spread to cater to all tastes.

Rooms, especially bathrooms, were a little outdated in their tile work. The room lock was inconvenient in that it was one padlock with one key for the entire room, that you had to leave at the front desk if you wanted your room cleaned. It was inconvenient when different family members were going in and out of the room with just one key to go around.

Good location, good staff and good food at the restaurant. Also located close to airport and key tourist places to visit.

Location in a narrow street but close to many eateries

Overall a neat & clean and well maintained property. Clock tower brewery is at a stones throw and some other good restaurants are also nearby. The property is at a peaceful location and away from city traffic chaos. The buffet breakfast was good with a limited choice.

The restaurant timings can be better and prolonged beyond which only snacks can be ordered. Can be a concern for people travelling with kids who prefer a full day running restaurant to cater to kids food demand.

The staff in the restaurant were very lovely and always had a huge smile and it was a nice place to grab a drink in the evening. The breakfast was nice, especially the freshly made pancakes and scrambled eggs. The location was good to be out of the old town but close enough by tuk tuk

It felt very dated compared to the photographs and was very noisy at night from the restaurant opposite. The beds were also quite squeaky with firm mattresses. We had to ask for toilet roll to be topped up and the reception staff were not the most helpful or welcoming compared to other places we have stayed. Overall the hotel needs some renovation work as it felt a little overpriced compared to other places we have stayed.

Very nice courtyard where you can have your breakfast which is OK. Homey feeling and quite calm. There’s a Starbucks right outside !

VERY small rooms. Even when they call them “suites”. Make sure you get what you asked for. The shower was clogged and water was flooding everywhere. We asked them to fix it but they didn’t.

The over all facility was just adorable. They were very helpful with booking us a ride to another hotel when we had to leave due to the smell.

Despite their acknowledging my specific request to use not perfumes or fragrances, There was so much fragranced cleaner and incense used that it was impossible to stay. They seemed to be usuling it toncover the smell of the building which was a bit musty in areas that the incense could not get to. We had booked 2 nights but could not stay even 2 hours before getting sick from it.. When asked, they said they would try to refund one night, but have not yet, and it was not a cheap booking.

People like Kuldip Nd Umar were very warm and helpful..

The room price did not match the size or the amenities provided. Access to the hotel was inconvenient, and describing it as a ‘boutique’ property feels like an overstatement. We visited in winter and the floors were uncomfortably cold because there was no carpeting. There was also no in-room dining option if you missed the breakfast slot. This kind of rigid schedule does not feel suitable when you are on holiday and expect more flexibility.

Very nice, warm heritage vibe. Everything was well organized and arranged. The staff was very welcoming and nice. They made sure our requests were promptly taken care of.We only had breakfast and the buffet spread was small but good enough and very tasty!We didn't use the pool, so no opinion on that.

The bed was a metal frame which made creaky sound on sitting or getting up.For 2 night stay in general everything was good.The pathway to take the stairs or going to pool side had common toilets, which made the pathway a bit stinky.

The little ups and downs inside rooms (room to toilet) as also in public areas, require more attention to detail, as there is a risk of someone tripping over.The reception could offer assistance in arranging local transport, which can be a little difficult from the location.
