Krishna Palace - A Heritage Boutique Hotel

Very nice staff. Food was decent, and total veg. We enjoyed.

Blankets, bedsheets, towels linen was all horrible

LOCATION, STAFF, CLEANLINESS AS WELL AS THE GENERAL AMBIENCE OF THE PLACE WAS REALLY NICE. GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY.

FOOD NOT THAT GREAT, HOWEVER LOADS OF RESTAURANTS NEARBY.

We were disappointed, blankets by were smelly, no air-cons and did not enjoy the food at all.

Room ambience. The location is good.

Tea services are not available out of business hours. If someone wants to drink morning tea, then they have to wait for the kitchen to be open.There is no proper parking space. You have to share your keys, if you want to park inside of the property, otherwise you have to park outside.

The staff was a little suspicious bedding was dirty .one of the staff members even made my spouse feel uncomfortable with stalking type behaviour

We loved this place so much we came back to stay again within a week! The hotel itself is just absolutely beautiful, the facilities just great and the staff so respectful, we couldn’t ask for more. Great location too.

We received a warm welcome and the room was as described. Reception were very helpful indeed. The property is located in a good central area. It was a treat to order refreshments to our room by calling reception. The historic building made our stay in Rajasthan extra special, we would have loved to stay longer.

Facilities are all dated and passable. Need the bathrooms to be cleaner. Wash basin tap dripped throughout my stay and the hot water tap to the shower did not switch off.

Only good thing about this hotel is located in the quiet residential street and the room is spacious. Restaurant food is less than mediocre to say the least.

Interior of the room is crumblig and poorly maintained. The WIFI speed is unbearably slow. I couldn't even run Speed Test most of the time. Poorly trained and/or lazy staff don't understand "clean room" means not just cleaning the floor, but provide clean towels and toilet paper. No headboard for the beds. By paying a few dollars more, there are better options nearby.

Only room was spacious

Staff attitude, slow service, washroom was untidy , common partition wall of washroom was not full height making it unsafe . Anyone from other washroom can peep through.

No water kettle or glasses in the room, no wardrobe to store luggage, no char or tables to eat, we had to eat sitting on the bed

Absolutely disgusting don’t even recommend any one. I have booked 4 nights with them and didn’t like so checked out on first day they refuse to return money and charged for whole stay

Outer part of room is fine . looks heritage property but some old broken furniture and infra looks awkward. Property need to check on this part. Otherwise its a beautiful heritage property and represents Pink city 100%.First time , got good hospitality from staff. Very attentive no doubt but Room is not as expected. Food price is quite reasonable. felt good about this.although booked very earlier instead got this room...loose wiring , wall was managed by wooden ply...to hide seepage.

Room infra is very bad, where we stayed. They said that you can upgrade your room means to add some more amounts. Not satisfied with this reply. As we have booked this room very earlier. Blankets were got not clean , looks used .

Good breakfast. Quiet location but close enough to the railway station.

Only the building structure and look & feel.

No proper lighting in room, no bathroom ventilation, mats & blankets dirty. We got allergy after using them. Not happy during stay just pass night time as day is all outside in travelling.

We indulged in room service while we were here and it was delightful! I had a thali both mornings for breakfast, and we ate on the terrace. Often we were alone, but there were other families/couples there from time to time. The outside of the hotel is absolutely stunning, and the courtyard is beautiful. There was even a photoshoot in the courtyard at one point with a model, and it completely made sense since it was so beautiful. The elevator was a plus with all of our bags. The location was easily accessible from the train station, which is how we arrived to Jaipur. But also we could easily find anemenities that we needed like pharmacy and convenience stores.

The pictures of the hotel on Booking.com are very flattering. The place is very beautiful, but just a bit rundown. We didnt think we got the "grand" experience that we were expecting, but also the hotel was nice and staff was friendly. I think some fresh paint would do this place wonders. Also when we checked in they gave us used "disposable" slippers to use inside our room, and one pair of big flip flops? As we were checking in, the gentleman checking us in interrupted our interaction to talk with a family that was coming into the hotel (who I assume were also guests and had checked in previously and had a question for him). This was frustrating, because we had just been traveling for 4 hours from Agra, and all he and I had to do was swipe my credit card so that I could check into my room (all other info had been collected); and I was tired and unwell and really just wanted to lay down. I would have appreciated if he had concluded our transaction so we could go relax, but maybe he didnt know how long the conversation with the other guest would go before pausing our payment.
