The décor was lovely. The hotel features a walled in back yard which is very serene at night. The staff were all very kind and helpful with information, food, and car service. The in house restaurant has an enormous menu and the food was delicious.

Nice place, clean room and comfortable bed. Good wi fi, ac works also for heating so it was warm to sleep at January. Hot water in the shower. We appreciate staff helped us with a lot of moments. The most lovely thing- breakfast - you can sit outside, enjoy delicious meals and listen life music. International card payment is acceptable.

Very tasteful and beautiful ambiance. Staff was very attentive and kind. Room was comfortable. Good value.

Im not a fan of blue lights. Perhaps some amber lights would be better in the rooms. The restaurant downstairs allowed for people to be up late in the courtyard talking loudly.

Tap of bathroom is not working properly and AC is very old modal and poor coling causing discomfort .

The food was good and reasonbly..the garden was beautiful and nice to dine..we ate most of the time at the hotel, especially the pooris and poha..this accommodation offers basic amenities at reasonable price and the localty is good to access most places easily...

they could surely improve on the cleanliness of the rooms especially bathrooms

There is no lift and room service.

Lots of space in our room and the large garden was lovely. Live flautist at breakfast was a special treat. Food was good and staff were cheerful and helpful. In a quiet residential area.

The hotel is wonderful, very clean, the staff were exceptional and the restaurant and cafe were great value and offered excellent cuisine. I’d staff there again for sure.

This is a little hidden gem , Down a nice quiet part of Jaipur, the gardens were beautiful and well maintained. staff were very attentive , nothing too much trouble .rooms were spacious and very clean it had a very homely feel to the villa. I would definitely recommend to eat here as the food was delicious especially the evening meal! Over all I would stay here again!

Perfect location in a quiet residential area but within easy distance of the old city. I loved the garden at the back to relax with a fruit juice after the hustle and bustle of the city centre. The room was perfect, with high-speed internet connection and a comfortable bed.

I booked Anuraag Villa last minute having done little research, and was very pleasantly surprised. It was excellent value for money, with a nice big room, and great location in a quiet yet decently close to everything neighbourhood. Our room a lovely respite from the city streets with ample space - ideal as we ended up getting sick (not the hotel’s fault, to clarify!) and spending a day holed up in bed. My favourite aspect was the downstairs cafe, which we spent a lot of time and money ordering fancy coffees from (and dinner on said sick day, which was great, I recommend the momos).

The staff were nice enough but a wee bit dozy on occasion when we called down, for instance asking about the WiFi passcode or for an iron, though this may have been a language barrier.

It rates a 0 not even a 1 on the mattresses and pillows. What a pity they have not invested to ensure you get a good night's sleep as this is why you book a place, so important when you are travelling and sight seeing. What a shame, could have had an 8, 9 but 2, 3 is more realistic due to this issue.

The staff were very helpful and polite. If you needed anything, they would oblige. The weather was cold when we were there, but I’m sure sitting in the gardens having breakfast would be a lovely experience.

When having a shower the whole bathroom got soaked during the process which was frustrating. The windows had a/c machines on them so you couldn’t see out and the room was darker due to this.The list of facilities on the booking.com site is incorrect and it gave me a higher expectation of the hotel. Many of the items (I.e hairdryer, tea & coffee making facilities) have to be requested when you need them. Bathrobes were not available.

Location, quite area in Jaipur, 10 minutes tuc tuc drive to the old city.Beautiful building, nice front and back gardens, big comfortable rooms.Staff very friendly.

No freshly squeezed juices available. However, in India, this seems to be the normality, rather the exception - this happens even in upscale hotels.

Hospitality of the staff was on point. Great location and the best part is we used to wake up to the sound of flute everyday.
