1. Handling of new customers is very rough.2. Rooms were vacated, but staff was telling to wait for 1.5-hrs which was actually bad. They were not able to manage the room service staff.3. Standard toiletries are poor., not upto mark.

From the staff hygiene to cleanness, they were rude unkempt , manager was least helpful and accommodating, rooms had dust fluff, dirty bathroom , electrical sockets were not working over that the guest staying were screaming in the corridors with nobody stopping them
Breakfast was not very innovative. It was just Puri aloos and parathas.
The rooms probably had not been dusted for a very long time and were full of dust mites. I caught a very bad allergic reaction from the room as I am allergic to dust mites. The windows were sealed and there was no scope of any fresh air as the airvents of the room exhausts were centrally operated and were switched on at 6 in the morning and were switched off at 12 noon. The corridors were too noisy and the staff did not do anything to stop the young guests to not to chat and sing at 3 AM in the corridors. Even the staff, including the check-in staff were shabbily dressed and it seemed they were not properly groomed for service. Very bad experience over all.

Nothing, booking com itself is worst. It will show less charge and then final bill will be more.Eventhough room is for minimum two adult still hotel is charging extra for second adult.Worst experience
