- The size of the room was decent. The closet and bathroom was very spacious. The bed was decent and comfortable enough. The location was a good plus point as I could get public transport easily.

- The staff was not that cordial, except for the lady in the reception. Breakfast was very limited. Room had a smell of saw dust and I am allergic to that so I was constantly sneezing.No inverter back up as there was power outage on one night and I was sleeping with out any power.

The cleanliness was not good. Bedding quilt was dirty.3. Hotel staff looks very tired.In overall the stay was not good and i dont want to visit this hotel again.

The room was small / not tidy. The location is not good
The staff has to be one of the best things about the hotel. Very supportive and polite. The outside garden sitting area is also very nice if you want to walk around after dinner; you can also sit and eat outside. You are given the choice of RO and Mineral water, RO water is free, mineral water is chargeable; the staff readily filled our bottles for us. If you book the room (breakfast included), that would be best, the food is quality and you will always have atleast two or three options to choose from in the morning. Coffee was *muah* chef's kiss. If you don't want to order from the hotel's restaurant, there is another restaurant at walking distance from the hotel. And food delivery is also allowed, but be responsible and inform them beforehand, about your plans dinner wise.
The room refrigerator and kettle had some issues, but the staff was very helpful, and quickly replaced them.
