Laxmi Palace Heritage Boutique Hotel

The hotel is in a good location. The staff is nice and friendly. The bathrooms need a little updating.

The room we were asigned didn't match our needs, but we immediatly got another that suited us. The 3 Singh-s at receptions are great and helped (and more) with everything. The services they arranged for us (tours, tuktuks, taxis) were good and fair in price. Mr Subas arranged what needed to be done, and Mr Kumar did greatly when we had dinner. All the young men that work around are polite and smiling. The man at the door (sorry, I didn't write his name) didn't let me once open the door myself.Breakfast is very good, lot of options (specially for local taste). The menu for dinner has a variety for every taste, and everything we tasted was good. We didn't use the pool, but it seemed clean and nice for warmer days.

More efficient hot-water supply. Some cover at the terrace restaurant for cold nights.

Room was a family suite, reasonably big and the bonus was two bathrooms. Breakfast was good. Overall very clean. The booking staff and reception had questionable competence though in handling customer communications over email or the booking.com app.

When shift changes communication is lost. Even though early check in was promised, we had to wait for nearly 6 hours before we got the room, all down to poor communication. This is not a palace by any stretch, Just a building converted to a hotel. For the price we paid, we expected a 5 star (like Radisson or Hilton) luxury, but this is at best a 3 star quality. You get everything but lacks the finesse.

Everything. Dirty rooms, feeds on toilet seat, broken toilet seat.

Great hotel. Enjoyed cultural performance during dinner served on the patio. Very hospitable staff.

Location was great, despite being in near a busy bus stand this hotel is located on a quiet street. Staff is helpful and very responsive. Breakfast was excellent.

The room size was convenient, some of the facilities and the bathroom were a bit dated and not new.

Taps are antique they look different but then they are also not very user friendly.

The room was nice and clean, with all necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was fairly close to a number of main areas we wanted to go to in Jaipur.

Sound proofing could be a lot better; we could hear every door in the hall banging open and closed, and even guests in other rooms moving about or talking. Not much of a problem during the day, but we did get woken up at 05:30 at one point.

Restaurant is good. Staff is courteous. Location is also good.

Hotel location is great right behind bus stand yet quiet. Hotel staff is exceptional with their politeness, responsiveness and make you feel at home. Hotel restaurant has great food. Rooms are quite big and comfortable. Special mention to Siddharth from reception, he is very polite and responsive.

They could have provided bathrobes and high chairs for kids.

Hotel is very good. Staff are very professional and provide good service. Breakfast provided also is good. There is lift available. The hotel has travel desk and they are also providing good service. Hotel is not very far from the Jaipur railway station. The Hotel location is good and it is a calm locality. Had a comfortable stay in this hotel.

Breakfast was good. Although not on the main road, but auto available (cab may be difficult ).

Nice clean spacious family room with 1 King size bed, 1 Queen size bed, 3 chairs and table. Well arranged room and attached bathroom. Nice property.

Everything was great and breakfast was amazing!!! We even had dinner once in the hotel which was great too! The breakfast variety was so so good and super delicious!We had a foreigner travelling with us who also appreciated the food variety and taste!Rooms were so nice and clean. Would love to visit again!Thanks for the lovely and memorable time!

Hotel was clean and so were the common areas. Breakfast had good options. Food was really good and decently priced. Tour Operator Zakir (Hotel Tie Up I presume) did a good Job with the tour packages and prices. It seemed very genuinely priced for the vehicle and the travel involved. Cars were clean and the drivers were respectful. Definitely need to know Hindi for operational ease.

I felt the bathrooms could have been cleaner. Room had a peculiar smell to it Had to call house keeping to change all the sheets as I felt it was used and they did it promptly without questions. Pool looked clean but was not chlorinated. Water left a weird after taste in the mouth (the one you get after eating pineapples). Had mosquito issues in the room and the open terrace restaurant.

Staff welcome, location and place

Hotel was neat and luxurious.hotel management team also good except the cab facility provided by hotel.cab driver ask extra payment of 800 to drop to airport even there is a sight seeing place 2km near airport.he is saying that particular place not in their list.He is saying like we can visit places only as per their own wish even cab is provided for 8hrs site seeing agreement.Also they promised me that they will drop to airport when I enquire for booking.

The location is great...very close to some of the tourist and shopping places. Autos were easily available for commute
