The location, the staff.

The person at the registration when I checked in could have been a little more courteous.

Dining staff was friendly. Front desk staff were average.

Dated and not-well maintained. I understand that hotels can be old but this was not clean. I stayed for 3 nights and they did not clean the shower. They left half a roll of toilet paper each night.

This hotel is connected to a mall!!!!The breakfast was goodThe lady at the front desk provided exceptional customer service. Her name starts with the letter A. She is a true asset to the Sunday hotel!! The only missing was a microwave. The small refrigerator was good but we really needed a microwave.

The shower curtain is too short and no matter how careful we were water went all over the floor during EVERY SHOWER!! THE SHOWER CURTAINS ALL NEED TO BE REPLACED WITH LONGER ONES and the suite need to have a microwave. The area is not within walking distance to major attractions.

Rooms very spacy, good food, very attentive and polite stuff. SPA is nice, speaking good English.

The pool on the roof with a lot pigeons and there is no stuff, not well decorated. In other hotels we saw pool with a cafeteria where you can buy water and cocktails, it was decorated with flowers. The phone didn’t work also. On reception not all the personnel speak English. The air condition is too cold, we didn’t manage to warm our room.

The breakfast can definitely be improved quality wise, the location was very central .

The best thing about this hotel is it's staff. They were incrediblo accommodating and catered to all my needs, even proactively. From the crew I especially have to mention Govind, who working at the reception, went above and beyond from what was needed or even required and all with a smile on his face. He assisted with local restaurant and bar recommendatiod, gave very useful advices and as I mentioned went above my expectations and all of that with utmost professionalism. All of this made my stay very pleasant and I felt welcomed.

Roop, Choturam and Harsh provided impecable service. They make you feel comfortable during breakfast time and provided a great service with a smile. Highly appreciate them during my stay. They deserve a Salute and the foods they provide are great and tasty.

The room service and reception - my room was never cleaned during my 2 nights stay.I asked them 3-4 times to clean and change the towels but they didnt do the needful - not even once. I was told by receptionist that they will report it to their manager but of what use? I was going to leave the hotel. Very very bad service, the people working at the reception and the house keeping team are totally useless and they are not here for the customer. We had to deal with it by using the wet/dirty towels, the water spill on the floor, dustbin completely filled, bedsheets not changed - knowing my wife is pregnant. A total disaster it was - seems like these personels are not in the proper job and dont understand hospitality.

The Hotel is charging Service Taxes on Food Bill, however in there Food Menu saying “ We don’t levy Service charges”

I liked staff of restaurant at dinner.

Staff are not so cooperative at receiption and bell desk.

Room provided was big and clean.

Food- Breakfast is good but in room dining is bad. Taste is not satisfactory and portions do not justify the price.Travel Desk not helpful. Some staff members provide personal recommendations rather than help the boarder. Better to arrange sight seeing and airport drop off at night on your own.

Overall Good, clean Hotel except the pool. Restaurant staff Harsh was really good

We had a smooth check in at the hotel, and the process was hassle free. The amenities were impressive, and the entire property was clean and well maintained. Everything met our expectations perfectly. The room service was outstanding, and the hotel staff was exceptionally polite and welcoming. Checkout was just as seamless, with no unnecessary calls or interruptions beforehand, which was a great plus.

That bar closes early, that you can't order anything on room service after 23 h.

I loved the hotel how it was designed and looked so beautiful and expensive and the comfort in the room was 10/10. Jethu and avi at the reception gave me very good customer service

I think the breakfast can be improved the bread was really hard to eat and the crossaints did not taste that good

Definitely not a 5 star hotel, 4 star at best. For the price we payed, the quality was quite good. My booking was cancelled by the hotel a couple of days before arrival without informimg me about it. There were no more rooms available, so I had to spend a night at another hotel before having to make a new booking at Sunday Hotel for the following nights. The service from the check in staff was bad, I received little help from the staff of finding a new hotel or for any refunds. The hotel itself was decent enough, though the sheets were not clean and we had to ask for new ones.

We stayed at Sunday Hotel Jaipur for two nights (Feb 25-27) and had an amazing experience! The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff was super friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious.The location is perfect—surrounded by great shops, malls, and fantastic food spots, making it super convenient to explore Jaipur. As two friends traveling together, we had a fun and comfortable stay, and we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Jaipur.If you’re looking for a well-located, clean, and welcoming place to stay, Sunday Hotel Jaipur is a great choice!

Spacious rooms. Clean room and did also cleaning every day.

Breakfast could be better. Massage is not worth the money. Very noisy in the morning, cannot sleep from 6am.
