Friendly staff, cleanliness, decent food options.

While the food is not bad, there is scope for improvement. Poha for example, is extremely dry, white coconut chutney doesn't have any distinct taste etc. There is a need to install exhaust in the toilet. Pay attention to polishing doors etc at the right time. Guest shouldn't need to remind about the terms and conditions of billing as per the booking terms.Last, no pressure on the guest to give good ratings..You are good and only need to improve!

Amazing hospitality. Very pleasant and comfortable stay. Rooms are well maintained and staff was very responsive. Love the staff (Samir Kumar, Vishal and Wasim) in the restraunt. Highly recommend Hotel Royal Orchid Jaipur.

Rooms were spacious enough and the food was good . It's proximity to the airport.

The room is large and airy, with a large window with a view on the street. The bed is comfy. The desk is handy. The bathroom is fitted with a small bathtub that we never used. It would have been great to have a larger shower room in place. The buffet spread is decent with a limited choice.

The staff is not welcoming nor friendly or helpful. Most of the time, the doorman let us open the entrance door by ourselves. The soundproofing is awful. Our room is close to the lift and as the the hotel is jam-packed, we can hear people hollering and stamping in the corridor until late in the night. I could only close my eyes for one night out of the four nights we stayed at the hotel. We have complained to the reception but they did not want to give us another room. Nobody has ever asked us on our feedback on our stay. No salad for breakfast. Limited options for the coffee, that is not served at the table. We have to order the coffee every morning and the staff would not ask us if we want milk or sugar. Paper towel at breakfast. Overall, the hotel is below the average for a 5 star.

The staff was great, special shoutout to Dhara Singh that cleaned our room perfectly! Very comfortable room, the team at the restaurant was great too!

The rooms were all clean and neat . The hospitality of this hotel was top notch . Especially by Ms. Bidisha . She helped us in having a smooth stay at this hotel .

Some parts of the room were partially damaged. So they could be improved by proper analysis by the hotel staff.

Water was not getting hot enough at any time during the stay.

I had shortlisted options for 4 guests still there was confusion about the number of guests booked while checking in. Payment was not charged on the approved credit card so checking out was also an unhappy experience.

Food was too expensive and not best quality. A cup of tea was almost 400 rs!

We travelled with 3 adults and 2 kids and booked 2 rooms. Everything was comfortable. For the price, the rooms are a bit dated but everything was clean. The breakfast was exceptionally good.

The design of the bathroom was by far the best we've seen and used. It's very convenient, the space was used wisely with guest convenience thought out. The fruit platter was also an excellent offering. The food selection on the menu, however, was a bit lacking and did not seem to cater to non-Indian guests. I would suggest adding some practical descriptions like main ingredients or "tastes-like" trivia could help.

Bidisha is great help she sent chocolate and fruits in our rooms which was really nice gesture

Room service was good. Housekeeping was good. Rooms were big and clean.A special thanks to Narendra from Housekeeping for making our stay enjoyable.

There was no hot water in the bathtub. We didn't complain though, as we didn't use it.Water in the swimming pool was damn cold, even at 2 PM in the afternoon.

The location was good, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. The room with the plunge pool was a nice touch and provided a relaxing atmosphere.

The breakfast experience was disappointing and disorganized. Despite reaching out in advance to confirm whether the on-site restaurants were operational, we were informed upon check-in that none of them were open, except for the buffet. Unfortunately, the buffet was subpar, both in terms of food quality and cleanliness. To make matters worse, our room was not properly cleaned, with noticeable stains on the bathrobes and towels. Additionally, the iron and kettle in our room were both non-functional.
