Great staff and above average food.

Mold in the bathroom. Room was musty and dank. Ceilings are quite low in the hallway if you're above 6 feet tall.

I like lunch especially yellow daal and roti . It tasted very good. But it is costly.

Our first assigned room toilet was clogged from interconnected room after shifting to another room it's toilet was also not working properly and stinky and smelly even housekeeping refused to keep room freshner in washroom. In toiletries u will get only shampoo, body wash and handwash nothing else like toothpaste, brush, shaving kit. No shower cap. Overall rooms were ok but facilities wise lacking. According to room price it's costly . Food is also too much costly as like 5 star hotel rates. Breakfast is only buffet which is rs. 500 each person.

Breakfast menu was good.

Tie up with transport service was not good. Driver behaviour was not good, rash driving, and they pushed us to places which was hardly of interest and we end up missing heritage places.

On arrival after travelling 16 hours from punjaab, i was told I would not be staying in the room that I had booked for my whole stay. That the following day my room would be swapped as they need to accommodate a wedding package booking.I was told that there would be 24 hour food service available however after our 16 hour travel I was hugely disappointed as when I went to place an order for room service for food. I was told only snacks were available and the snacks were coffee and tea. The water in the room for the shower was cold. I had reported this several times however the issue was not sorted out for. The restaurant at breakfast time made a mistake charging us less for our food later in the day they were fine knocking our door requesting the rest of the money bear in mind this was not a mistake of ours. we was then the next day again met with issues with the Restaurant as they had this time overcharged us. The room was full of dust furniture was was overly used and the towels were soiled which I had reported to reception however nothing had been done about this. I have travelled many countries and stayed in many hotels. I always read reviews however I try not to take the bad ones always on board as everybody’s expectations are the same. However, this, hotel and staff have got to be the worst that I have come across please do not book here if you wish to have a pleasant relaxing stay in Jaipur.

Staff clueless, no wifi, location was not correct on the maps which led to lot of time wastage

Staff behaviour was good.

Following things were not good:-1. Cleaning - place where breakfast is served are not cleaned properly. Railings have dust on it which is clearly visible.2. Gym machine - cross trainer for was shaking. Treadmill was stucking.3. Water bottle - small 2 complementary bottle

Staff will not behave good.....In the rooms we felt humidity/ moisture kind ..... Dinner is not so good....

Value for money deal. Excellent location.

Staff unprofessional, room service takes too long, worst in-house food got sick after eating the food. Ac in the rooms not working

The quick response from the staff...we don't have to waif for anything...

There was cockroach in our room no bathroom amenities no bathmat...no one to serve in restraunt we have to go and ask for plates and spoon if you want

Bad

Rooms need renovation badly. All the equipment in the room is out dated. Sockets are broken. Shower full of mould. Doors not closing properly. The furniture in the room looks 50 years old. Don't waste your money. Overall it's 1*. Don't know who gave them 4*

Location to the railways station.

Whatever was in the food that made me ill. I think mutton was off.

Not worth for the money you spend.

Dirty washroom, poor maintenance, delayed services.

Hotel was clean and has good location. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was very good.

Dishes served in dinner can be improved. Also there was no bellboy/staff to help guest in carry the luggage.

Food Was very good

Vesta International Jaipur. Staff was very humble and kind. Duty Manager Sanwar and Azaz at front desk has very high potential of providing best experience to their guest. They treated us like king and queen. Thank you Vesta for such an amazing hospitality. Will surely recommend it to my friends and family.

The restaurant and the cleaning was good

Wifi is horrible, you need new password every 12-24hrs and disconnect or no signal. A few guests took pics and videos of me without my permission, really broke my privacy and I reported to the staff but they couldn't do anything about it.

The staff was prompt. Though I had to ask for everything, they responded immediately after asking.

Mattress springs were broken, water kettle extremely dirty [which they did replace] hair dryer was promptly taken back early morning from me citing 'dusre gueston ko chahiye' not to be returned till I asked again. They don't believe in cutlery.. Neither was offered.. In room dining was just ok. The bathroom and washbasin clogged after any extended use...toiletries were so basic and poor quality, I had to buy some from outside.. Very disappointing stay indeed.
