The Saneer Boutique Hotel

Its right next to airport. Staff is great. Food is decent. We have continuously used it so it is safe.The property needs fresh paint. The linen and towels are quite old. The swimming pool could be bigger.

Location as I was attending the Jaipur Literature Festival. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast choices could include more variety.

the staff showed little to no understanding of English, hard to communicate with.breakfast hours are too late to start the day, should be open at least by 0700, if not 0630 I asked for no daily bed change, but would have liked water bottle, toilet paper, and fresh towels at least every 2 daysI tripped on last step down on outside stairway, upon checking out----0600 yet no lights were on even after checking out---worst staffing I have experienced in such a boutique hotel--have Hindus been told NOT to speak English?

Good clean hotel. Was comfortable for one night near the airport.

They demanded payment in advance, rather unusual for good properties. Wi-Fi was weak and hard to get going.

Accessible to airport. One of the rooms during second stay was highly congested and had multiple issues with water taps and lighting

Great location for an early start to the Airport, just a 5 minute drive!Staff very welcoming and rooms a good size.

Breakfast was delayed. There was not much choice at breakfast. When i had called the hotel on prior day to inform of my arrival the Saneer hotel person demanded online payment before arrival which was not as per booking com.

There were cockroaches in the room. Inspite of bringing to notice nothing was done. neither got an apology for cockroaches in the room

Four minute walk from the JLF venue at Clark’s Amer. Warm hospitality from the team at the Front Desk (Balbir Singh, Manmohan) as well as at the Dining Room. Good housekeeping, clean room and bathroom. Simple breakfast with all the basic options…

Were out most of the day, but during the time we were there, there wasn’t anything to dislike

A very bad experience

The rooms were stinking of Cigarette smoke, linen was soiled. The room doors were creaking, as a result could not sleep till 1 am as there was a check in next to our room. The receptionist was not very cordial. All in all, a very unpleasant experience. Many TV channels were not subscribed for. In short, a total waste of money…..

Excellent location, good food... could be better. Process and systems need to be deployed and out in place . Rest all is very nice

The reception needs training and one person in particular needs to be more courteous and trained in etiquettes, the room floors are dirty bcos of wooden floor, curtains are in shambles , no hot water.. just name sake, AC units shud be serviced since very noisy, my room on first floor was stinking of cigerette smoke, room locker doesn't work... needs repair, payment methods should be streamlined. Room bill for my guest for room 104 Mr Sameer Chawla was not given to him, though it was paid by me, these are small issues which I think as a Senior Citizen and frequent traveller needs your attention.

The hotel was situated at a perfect distance from the airport. I had an early flight back to Delhi so being about 7 mins away from the airport was relieving.

The wifi was overall good but it would have been best if the room I was staying in had better coverage. Nevertheless, it didn't stop my social media indulgence :)

Spacious room , a lot of greenery, nice food variety and tasty food . Should increase a little breakfast options .

Not able to provide an extra pillow in the room , Owner is partying on his floor entire night , neither invited me nor lower the music volume down . Latching their dog entire night outside . ( v bad )

The welcome came off as rude because they did not care to greet with a good evening. On reaching the hotel, the staff asked for a security deposit which was not mentioned on the booking.com website and they denied any accountability for the same. The demeanour of the staff at check-in could've been more gentle.The staff could've acknowledged, let alone apologise for the disruption in the services like the electricity and the wifi.They could've reminded me of the complimentary breakfast I booked for but never had.Some amenities like the kettle weren't provided.One Towel was stained and extensively used causing the fabric to become rough. That caused a mild rash on my face.No tissue papers in the room, had to call for the same.

It was a good place to stay, and the staff was friendly.
