Breakfast was a wholesome meal with a variety of delicacies to start the day, offering multiple items to choose from.

“If I may share a small suggestion, the breakfast experience could be improved with a better seating arrangement, as I noticed the area tends to get more crowded compared to dinner (I had opted for both meals). Also, a few items were placed quite far apart—for example, the fruits—which made it a little less convenient. Lastly, ensuring cleanliness during peak occupancy would make the overall experience even more enjoyable.”I would like to highlight a few observations that may help enhance the guest experience. Firstly, I noticed that some swimming pool tiles (particularly in the middle of the pool) were broken—these should ideally be repaired at the earliest to avoid any risk of injury.Secondly, the pricing seemed a bit on the higher side compared to other hotels of similar standards. For instance, Radisson Blu charges around INR 12,000 on public holidays while offering similar amenities, along with extras such as bathtubs, towels, and complimentary in-room refreshments.Additionally, I observed that certain items, such as chips, were priced significantly higher in the menu compared to their MRP (e.g., INR 200+ vs. INR 50–60). If possible, a tie-up with an F&B brand could help ensure transparent and guest-friendly pricing.These adjustments would certainly make the overall stay experience even more satisfying.

Bedding was uncomfortable and toilets need reinnovation.

Breakfast was good. Staff were polite but made sure we waited for our room checking time in spite of calling them twice from UK and also willing to pay the extra charge. Dissapointed that they gave room to person who came after us

Two consecutive nights there was so much noise from the upper floor of some kind of work happening throughout the night that it was impossible to have a sound sleep. Complained twice about it but nothing was done

Actually, it’s pricy INR 30 K for 2 Nights is too much being off season . Check in process not smooth , room was not ready . As time stated check in at 1500 hrs . We reached one hour late , still they needed 40 minutes to complete for check in .

Unhappy with the stay and wasted money. Should have booked elsewhere

Rooms were not cleaned properly. Sink was blocked, door locks not working properly.

I have booked online . It was excellent barring few incidence . We were in the lift and shockingly had a miraculous escape as the electricity went off . We were shouting as we got stuck in the lift . I just shared as It shall definitely improve your ratings and good will as your goodself can work on it . Rest is ok . Regards

We did not like the way the reception was bagging for advance . I had stayed in Taj for many occasions but had never experienced such a cheap gesture . Moreover there were problems in the key sensor . Every time we had to call someone to assist us . Most importantly the bathing soap is not refilled .

The food at the hotel was good. The Breakfast had a good spread and the Ala Carte menu at the restaurant was good. The Location of the hotel was good and near to city and the markets.

The level of service was not good. The towels provided were old and dirty and we couldn't use them. This is not expected of a hotel which rates itself in the 4 to 5 star rating. The room was not very clean.

The food was simply amazing. We had one lunch and one breakfast. The early check-in request was handled well by the property. We reached by 12, and while we were eating our lunch, we received our room keys by 1.

The staff did not take cleaning requests seriously. We had requested them to clean the room, and set up an extra bed at 3.30pm while leaving the hotel. After 6hours, it still wasnt done. Very disappointing experience.

AC not working in room, telephone not working, couldn't get comfortable sleepAlso disappointing as we went over budget to get a more comfortable stay I wouldn't recommend this hotel, would suggest going for cheaper options and saving money

Just the breakfast

Had a horrible experience at the hotel. Most of the rooms are in dilapidated state and the pictures shared at the booking website doesn't match with the actual condition on the rooms. The wall paints were coming out, the rooms temp control monitor was not working, the toilet had stains due to continuos long use, the flooring was totally scraped oit and the corridor carlet were worn and jad a stench.I was not satisfied with the condition of the room or the hotel. The only thing worth mentioning is the breakfast.

It is such a strange hotel. I tried to book directly with the hotel. When I called them they said the person who takes booking will be available at 10:00 am. When I called at 10:00 AM no one picked up the call. I tried like 10 times. So I finally booked via Booking.com. In my deal I had one way airport pickup or drop. After I made the booking I sent message and called the hotel to arrange for a pickup. However I never got any reply back. When I reached the hotel I asked them why had they not arranged for an airport pick up they were totally unaware of any such deal and asked me to show booking details. After that they casually said its ok you take get an airport drop. The room that was provided was full of cigarette smell. I had specifically asked for non smoking room. The new room that was provided also had issues. The electronic safe was not working had to call and ask them to check and change batteries. While check out I had to wait and call multiple times to collect my luggage. The breakfast was so average.

poor upkeep needs alot to be desired the key cards didn't work - almost all guests queued up at the reception to reactivate the access cardsfood - tasted good but very poorly refilled , if you visit in second half of the breakfast timings most things would be empty
