We took accomodation with breakfast which lead to a very disappointing dining experience. From the food just not being up to par and beverages just tasting like water with flavouring. We couldn't bear the food which led us to stopping part way and leaving for check out.We made a formal complain regarding the accomodation as it was just unacceptable and requested for compensation of 1 night we lost for our honeymoon.

It was a very very poor experience It shows, area is very crowded, traffic jam and above all extremely below-standard hotel Poor washroom, poor room size n interior and a pathetic liftIt shows like 900 meter or 1.5 km from airport but since its one way traffic, so it's around 5km and taxi drivers demand extra money also as its far n not.
Management was so helpful, they helped me figure out my bus tickets to Delhi and let me check out late with no extra charges. The room was clean and comfortable and the food was great and all employees were nice.
There was nothing wrong with the property.
Not recommended
The staff- shadab needs to learn the behaviour as per the hospitality industry. Even if he has to inform the customer of dis and don'ts he needs to be polite and not authoritative. The rest of the crew were good to go but he specifically will force the customer to move out of the property.
I like its location and it is nearby me.
Whenever I come to Jaipur, I used to stay in this hotel. And But this time I did not like Mr. Bharat's attitude, so because of that I canceled my booking. His behavior was very bad. Because of Mr. Bharat I will never stay in any hotel of Load Plaza.

I got food poisoned from the hotel restaurante .. I mentioned it to reception and I got no answer, not even an apology.
Our room was spacious and very clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The food was EXCELLENT, buffet plentiful with enough choices, and food a la carte outstanding.
The restaurant area needs better ventilation. Not enough staff members speak English, and the service could be a little slow.

The hotel location is in the middle of the city. So one can enjoy the local market and some prominent tourist spots close to the vicinity at walking distance. Although breakfast Buffett options were limited but food was at its best on top of that we liked the service by their staff , specially Mr. Lokesh at the restaurant.
Kids play area and a swimming pool would be cherry on cake.

Rooms are small, no lights in room, too expensive for such a stay, breakfast options very very limited.
It was at a good location,we stayed there for one night only can't describe much as it was a short stay .
The room provided to us was very small,it wasn't the same as shown in picture,there was no seating area + it was quite costly,not happy with the room at all.
