STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

I had the most horrible experience with this hotel. My reservation was canceled even when the payment has been made in advance. It’s impossible to get through to somebody to assist you. When I stayed, I was assigned at the 3rd floor. Above it is Baramasi Club where parties happen all night. It was impossible to get a decent sleep because of the loud noise. You can literally hear chairs and tables being dragged all night. Also this looks nothing like the pictures. It’s an old building with run-down facility. As soon as you enter the lobby and the room, you can already smell that foul, “moldy” smell. The curtains looked like they haven’t been changed for ages. Save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere else!!!

most of the staff does not speak English and the receptionist who can was not willing to help with ordering the food

Except for food everything was bad

No refrigerator in the room, the glass inside the peep hole was missing, anyone can see from outside, when I complained they put tape over it.Receptionist was very rude.Will not recommend 1/10

The room was very clean and spacious. Staff were very warm and welcoming and also they were courteous to let me do an early checkin. The rooftop bar was the highlight of the stay, with great service and food, and live music.

Pathetic and Horrific experience in Baramasi

My stay at hotel was terrible.Please see below points:1. I arrived early around half hr before but they didn't give as room and instead they gave room half hr late by 12:30. We were tired from long travel of 300km with kid but they made us wait at reception for 1 hr until 12.30pm2. They didn't explain anything to us while giving room. We had to call them again and again for tv, water.3. Room was not clean and unhygienic. I have attached video of cockroach inside washroom.4. Most worst thing was loud music sound in our room. They had bar on top and had music from 8pm-12 am and we couldn't sleep until 12 am. Theere was very heavy bass and our room was literally vibrating. We were tired from long travel and Jaipur visit and made complaint many times but they said they will ask them to lower music and no use. We had to wait music to get over by 12 am and after that we slept. Horror experience.5. Next day morning they bribed us by giving additional things in breakfast like omlette muffin but that will not compensate trauma we had in night.6. They changed our room but still we could hear DJ music from bar but at less volume.7. Finally no hot water for bath. We didn't take bath due to cold water. I complaint reception and they said they will check but never called me back. I told them I didn't bath due to cold water but they said hot water coming. They don't even send any person to fix issue.8. In my first room bathroom ight was flickering continuously and I complaint but they never sent anyone.This hotel is not for family.Treebo people knew about this bar and music DJ there but they never made us aware otherwise we never would have booked this hotel.It was not less amount around 9k for 2 days stay but hotel service was worst than one star hotel.I also enquired about facilities mentioned in booking.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

horrible experience

I booked a free cancellation rooms with pay at property optionsuddenly, the hotel keep sending me that we are in high demand and I need to pay 50% after 1 day they cancelled my reservation

The staff were good and very helpful. The coffee shop on the ground floor is nice. The restaurant on the top floor is also good. They also arranged for the day tour which was also operated by JAI club ( it was a good tour) . Hadn't it been for the staff we would have changed the hotel on the second day.

They should focus on basic cleanliness( pillows were very dirty). Breakfast was below average.

Pathetic condition of this hotel

Extremely bad room conditions...bed sheets not changed for months...smell from toilet ...it was literally hell

we stayed with family and the stay was very good .The staff was very prompt .The room service was on point. Would like to stay again .

Staff was super nice

Water doesn’t work well, we had difficulties flushing the toilet. Breakfast is served in the room, and it is not very good, we went to the coffee shop downstairs on the second morning which was really nice. The bedsheets had a lot of stains didn’t seem very clean

Wifi didn’t work in the room. Cleanliness was not good… Payment terminal didn’t work for credit card.

The things I liked about the property: 1. The Location of the property was good. Not too far from the Hawa mahal and markets.2. The breakfast was nice. The menu was decent and the food was great.3. The staff was very helpful. 4. The size of the rooms was pretty good.5. Ample parking space.

Overall things were not bad. A few things which could be improved were:1. The electric kettle was faulty, could have been checked while assigning room.2. Some of the lights could not be switched off at night 3. The door locks took a lot of tries to unlock.

The location of the hotel is good.There is a coffee shop in the hotel that is very good, expensive prices but good coffee.The room is big and nice.

The breakfast is served to the room but there is no plce to set or eat in the room, no menu for the food, so instead they told us to seat in the coffee shop but the coffee is not included ? Very disappointing.The coffee shop is very expensive.

The staff could be friendlier and more attentive to guests.Weak internet connection, or no internet connection at all at times.

The room was accurately depicted in the photos. I like that I only stayed one night.

The hallway walls are disgusting and need to be repainted. The cleaning staff is loud in the hallways, too. I found a single bedbug (full of blood).upon inspecting the mattress I found dust and debris. The wifi was not the best and frequently went out. The AC and fan were loud so I just had to turn it off when I wanted to watch a show.

Good location, good and clean room and restaurant, good staff, friendly.
