The bathroom didn't have any rails, to hang up our used towels . It also didn't have a shelf to place our soaps & shampoo.

Comfortable beds and clean rooms, the staff were very helpful and accomodating. We were on a bit of a schedule and they helped us keep to it. Location was also quite good.

Room service was a bit slow, buffet breakfast was just okay. The room upgrade wasn't worth it.

Location and food services were good. Food services staff were courteous, front desk not so much. Facility was generally clean.

I was placed on a lower level despite making a reservation many months ago and paying a premium price for the stay as a foreign traveler. Hotel had construction work going on in the next room that made noise all day long starting early morning. My stay at Fairfield Agra just day earlier was heavenly compared to this stay.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms were clean. Overall, positive experience.

A few things could have been better: e.g. the quality of coffee in the breakfast, toilet paper was poor quality.

Location was great. The room was very functional.Restaurant had great vibes and the food was great. Had a Rajasthani thali, and it did live up to the expectation. Breakfast spread was very well curated.Every staff was super courteous and checking checkout was a friendly efficient affair.

Rooftop dining in the morning and evening was GREAT!

No swimming pool and the fitness gym was not well supplied with equipment.

Satya kept our room spotless clean plus left towel animal figures on the bed which our son loved. Service was good. Friendly and welcoming.

Room is tight/small and the hotel does not have quiet areas were to sit if you need to work or just hang out calmly without having people asking if you want to eat or drink or making small talk. Service is good, though it seems they don't listen much when you say "no": you say you don't want more food or don't want something in particular and they bring it anyway.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The rooms were fairly priced as well. The breakfast was worth the slight extra money, and the restaurant staff went above and beyond what was required.

The bathroom was small and didn't have a place to put shower items. There is also a damp smell in the whole hotel.

In its bracket of hotels, it must be one of the best. Very clean and comfortable rooms with all the basic amenities. The location is good. The breakfast was extensive with different options like Asian (congee, noodles, etc.), live egg station, Indian (both South Indian with live dosa station and North Indian like parothas). There were live counters of masala chai and Maggie instant noodles on the terrace, which I thought was a nice touch. The staff was super helpful. Praveen at the front desk gave us an early check in without any fuss. At the restaurant, Govind and Pawan went out of their way to give us an awesome experience. Chef Deepak personally came to the restaurant at every meal to check on the guests. Fantastic value for money.

The amenities and care by staff. Our room felt comfortable and clean every time we came back from our adventure of the day.

The hotel staff were too concerned about checking in with us when it would’ve been nice to get some time to relax in the room without being disturbed.

Room service was good and respectful

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was also nice. The highlight for us was the breakfast and dinner, served at the restaurant. Location is also convenient, not far from a metro station, that would get you to the city center, however you would have to pass a very busy street to get there. Jaipur train station is just a few minutes away from the hotel.

The hotel was quite expensive, so maybe not of the best value. Further, there were issues with towels, which were gray and covered in stains. We asked the staff for new towels, however they still had the same issue. This has been a common issue across many hotels in India.

The professional staff, hygiene and size of the room

Closet space could be a bit more functional and for the price we paid for the room, the breakfast should’ve been included in it. Breakfast prices seemed overpriced.

We had an issue with the water bottles , prices were different when bought at the reception and the restaurant, which was not mentioned , caused an issue at the end but we just couldn’t be bothered so paid , better to inform guests beforehand rather trying to deny the conversation.

The facilities were extraordinary good and the staff was perfect. Breakfast was to die for and the beds were super comfi!

This hotel offers the standard quality you’d expect from a typical Marriott. Everything was clean, well-organized, and in its place. The overall experience was smooth and comfortable.The only downside is that the restaurant felt a bit overpriced for what it offered, but aside from that, everything was good. A solid, reliable stay.

Staff is good, location awesome too.

Rooms are small. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. Need to be a bit firm for a comfortable sleep.
