Radisson Jaipur City Center

It was nice and clean. Staff were welcoming. Onsite buffet restaurant breakfast is good.

In our room telephone was not working. Even after they said they repaired it was not working. The shower head was leaking when we were using hand shower head. This was true in both of our rooms. In one of the mornings we did not get hot water.

Clean, spacious rooms. Front desk and housekeeping staff excellent.

bathroom could use upgrade. Their food at Mosaic was okay. One thing that bothered me was that they don't allow outside food, why? Pandemic is over. I don't see the logic behind it.

We can't feel special during our stay

Honestly, I stayed at this hotel for one night and did not enjoy my stay. There was constant noise from the AC machines, which could not be turned off, making it uncomfortable. The staff were not very welcoming; however, the room itself was clean. I love TRIDENT HOTEL in Amer rd it was so good and as I remember the room has a very nice garden view that really made me enjoy my stay

Poor and sad environment

It was just okay—the staff was poor, and since it was New Year’s Eve, there were no vibes to celebrate. The environment at the property felt sad. Even though we checked in late, there was no courtesy shown—no one asked what we would like or offered any help or options to celebrate New Year’s Eve

It’s pretty centrally located, so this is good. Their breakfast buffet is also a pretty good spread. The rooms are maintained pretty clean and the staff are all very friendly and helpful.

They had a “mandatory” Christmas gala payment of 6000/7500 for the Christmas night. I don’t think it’s fair for any stay to enforce for a dinner/show at a banquet a mandatory attendance. We had alternative plans for Christmas night and it was ridiculous for them to dictate our plans by way of a payment. Of course , when I pushed back against the same during check in they budged but I don’t like that I had to assert myself during what is supposed to be an easy check in process. The same goes for their no outside food policy, no hotel should tell me what I can or not bring in. The hotel is pretty centrally located and hence you’re not working with great views or generally big rooms but this is just a minor gripe since the rooms are well equipped and well maintained

Door man, security staff at main door, breakfast buffet was good

Receptionist very rude when checking in she said she is sick and refused to talk, asked for manger didn’t exist despite staying for 4 nights I had to fight for descent room she initially gave me room at end of hall way verybey fat from elevators the last room in hall way full of smoke and bad odor, the facility is very noisy with doors slamming noisy at all times they want you to use hotel restaurant and prevent you from bringing any food from outside , the hotel is up a curved hill making inconvenient to go in and out, the manager showed up on the 3 rd day of my stay trying to find out what happened was too late I couldn’t wait to check out next day

Food was amazing, staff was very helpful. Location is perfect.

Management could be better organized with regard to room management. And handling customer request sent in advance.

Clean and upscale facilities

We were not allowed to take alcohol or any food item to the room!! It was too much!! Although my bottle was unopened that i am planning to take to my dad as a present. They did not allow it to the room. I was forced to give it up and collect at checkout out. I have stayed in many Radisson hotels, this was first time for such rules!!

Breakfast was super! Lots of variety and the staff were all really lovely and welcoming. They had many live counters and everything was prepared fast despite how busy the breakfast area was every day.

The room was a little dated and didn't look like the photos. But overall it was completely fine because the room/bed was comfortable.

I have informed staff to clean the room once we leave the room, but when we were back room was not cleaned.. as per them my room showed not to disturb but I being not so tech savy i didnt know that

Upgraded the room and allowed us to store leftover food in the fridge and reheat it. Staff served us with a smile and ensured our needs were met with professionalism

Was not happy with the swimming pool as small kids were causing disturbance and the staff could not stop the kids from disturbing other people in the pool. Needs one more lift for all floors

Behavior of cleaning staff

Arbitrary rules of food and liquor can’t be brought inside, indifferent behavior of staff, old dingy property and rooms, Ac malfunction, abrasive follow up to vacate the room by 1300 else will attract another days charges … I haven’t had such bad experience with any Radisson property being and IHG member.. seems like the purpose is misaligned focus is on enhancing revenues and not on enhancing customer experience…a disaster

The room was lovely. Very comfortable bed and facilities in the room.

Service is inconsistent. I think you could stay elsewhere and be much happier. There’s just very little attention to detail. For example we waited 20Minutes for someone to give us a menu and we asked for the menu.

Staff at this Radisson are a class apart. I cant praise them enough for the sincerity with which they greet guests, and make them comfortable. And believe me, its not a small thing to know you’re being met by genuinely warm people. The food in all restaurants is brilliant - I can’t thank them enough. Beds were comfortable.

Showers need some work, but they swiftly found a solution and sorted the issue. Everything else was perfect.

The beer in the bar fridge was flat it may be stored long time . The coffee and the milk packets were also sub standard .
